“I was not totally happy with the service received. I left a message on your chat website and never received a reply. I ordered white soffit boards and got black but I can cope with that. Parts of the fascia boards were damaged upon receipt but I believe I have enough material to get over this. Failure to respond to my message led to me going elsewhere for additional goods that I required.”
