Poor communication on delivery as in no date or time given on first part of order just pure luck someone was in and I am still waiting on a delivery date for 2nd part of the order and this was ordered over a week ago so not great the only positive I’ve had is my communication with Abi from customer services who has been fantastic but seems even her hands are tied somewhat so let’s see if I get any contact on Monday?

Interesting how you could reply so fast to modify my review as my problems are solved, but no, they are not, still not a word about refunding undelivered items or refund for returned items. When all sorted maybe I reconsider my score. The good thing: better price. In rest very rigid, bad customer service. I had the order confirmation on 12August, next day email that order is processed and not to contact them for 48h when I will have next email with ETA for delivery. So, even for my products are advertised as to be delivered 1-3days, you have to wait 3 days only the emails. On 15August noon time I had an email stating that delivery will be 15August!!! I've seen the email, re-arrange my day and went home in 1-2hours, to find delivery left on my driveway, with a delivery note in mailbox. Than, when tradesmen came to do the job, we realise not all goods were delivered. We thought maybe someone pinch it since delivery left unattended but looking at the delivery note actually there is a difference between the invoice sent&paid initially and the delivery note, so without any notification, any refund they didn't delivered all order. contacted by chat immediately, on 18August they said will be refunded, still waiting on 25August. Also returned some products on 21August and same no confirmation for refund yet. Products are good and cheaper but hopefully they deliver all and you don't need to contact them for anything else!

not the greatest experience.... placed an order for collection at "gap plastics" which was a little distance away (12miles) but saving me a substantial amount on delivery. when I arrived with my order number gap plastics knew nothing about it, several phone calls later and gap plastics agreed to deliver to my house 3 days later. Although the product was good at a good price, I wouldn't use again.

Order 3 bathroom panel sheets with a join section, Extreme delays with delivery, company text me 4 times to say it was being delivered that day, still no sign off it until I rang up, was delivered the next day, 1 panel damaged so sent back and join section was missing, Received the replacement panel 2 days later but still no join strip, rang up to tell them this was still missing, was told I would hear something back the next day, it’s now been 2 days and I’ve still heard nothing

I placed an order with this company and, unlike some previous reviews I’ve seen, I did receive my items. However, the delivery process was far from smooth. There was no advance notice, no delivery slot, and no estimated date provided—my order just showed up unexpectedly one morning. I asked few times trough the chat for delivery slot or any date and hour. The items were extremely heavy, and since I wasn’t prepared for the delivery, I had to struggle to move them inside on my own. I reached out to the company for assistance or at least an explanation, but I never received any response. The lack of communication and customer support is incredibly unprofessional. While I did receive everything I ordered, the overall experience was frustrating and inconvenient. A simple notification or tracking update would have made a huge difference. Given the poor service and lack of customer care, I won’t be ordering from them again, regardless of the price.

No communication from them regarding delivery, half my orders turned up without them knowing, I had to phone them to get clarity when other half would arrive, this then didn't happen,I had to ring again to be find out. I was told tomorrow for definite which didn't happen. some excuse something went wrong with delivery and will be here tomorrow which I've declined and asked for refund as obviously there gauntees don't mean alot

The delays were due to unforeseen issues with our supplier, which regrettably impacted the original delivery on the 21st. While we worked to reschedule for the 22nd, the depot failed to notify us in time that the delivery would not go ahead, resulting in further delays. I recognize how this has disrupted your schedule and led to unnecessary costs, and for that, I am truly sorry. I completely understand your decision to cancel the order and request a refund. Ordered 3 lengths of white facia boards plus facia end caps, unfortunately the boards where delivered fine, but I still wait for the end caps, apparently they where ordered from a different supplier this was clarified by a quick phone call by myself. I then relied an email stating That the delivery would happen same day 12/12/2024, once again this never happened. Another phone call Friday 13th (?) explained the situation and was told delivery would happen on Tuesday the 17/12/2024. Overall it would not stop me in using this company again just need to improve the communication.

Delivery never arrived after being instructed to have two people available at kerbside to take delivery and having a day off work. Spoke to customer services and manager and no one cared. When order finally arrived there was a couple of pieces in the wrong colour. Quality of the products are good though.

The product I was supplied with is great. What wasn’t so good was the delivery details. To be given the wrong delivery date 3 times, setting me back a week each time is unacceptable, especially as other things had to be put on hold because of it. Sorry but I will not be using this company again

Poor communication, delivery date quoted and goods arrived with one item missing. Had to chase up a delivery date for the missing item I am still to receive. I have an estimated delivery date for this item now so will see if it arrives on time

After my initial order placed on the 9th August 2024, I am still missing part of the order on the 4th October 2024. I also had to send a reminder before the order was delivered (incorrect parts sent). I have received an apology, but no reason for this extended delay. I am still awaiting replacement parts as per the original order and am still therefore unable to carry out the work after 2 months of waiting.

Placed and order on 11/07/24 and as of 20/09/24 I still have not received. It seems they just pass the order on to another company (Eurocell) and leave it up to that company as to when it wants to deliver. Been told that it’s because I’m so rural they don’t have any vans out there planned, yet I have seen Eurocell vans in my village since I placed order.

It took a long time to come and had to ring several times to get a delivery date on that day I rang to get a confirmation time and was told that the driver went sick and I would get delivered the next day. I told the driver this and he said he was the driver and was working the day before but the company is so disorganised

Skirting boards i ordered were perfect, delivery driver was very helpful. But office staff and delivery system is rubbish. Couldn't give me any info on the delivery time. Emailed a couple of times bit no reply, and a nightmare to contact over the phone.

Still waiting on refund two weeks after collection. Delivery stated Monday then checked with eurocell local branch to be informed it’s actually Wednesday with BP online pre advised?? No communication from customer service whatsoever clearly not interested in assisting with issues.!

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I was particularly annoyed with my latest order from Building Plastics Online. My order was confirmed immediately as you would expect. I was then sent an email to say my local depot would be in touch with a delivery date. A week passed and I didn’t hear anything. I tried to contact Building Plastics by raising a customer service ticket through their website where it said they would aim to get back to me within 24 hours. I heard nothing so raised another ticket. Again nobody replied to me. Almost 2 weeks had passed since my order at this point. I then decided to call. After an hour waiting on hold in a queue I finally got through to someone. They were actually very helpful and contacted the local branch for me. They were able to give me a delivery day which was I was happy with. The local depot then contacted me to say they didn’t have everything in stock and I would have to wait an extra day. That day came and went and then so did another. I managed to get hold of them and they said it would finally be delivered on Monday (which it was , thankfully). I mostly disappointed about the lack of communication. If I had been told at the start I would need to wait 3 weeks then I would of gone somewhere else. I would say however that Building Plastics prices are very competitive, so I was happy with that at least.
