“Failed delivery on 2 occasions, initially had to chase for a delivery to even be notified of a delivery date... do not consult if you wish for works to be completed on time”

“I have used this company before and I am always pleased with the service and at good prices too. Delivery was on time and the driver was very helpful.”

“Great price quoted. Great products supplied. Speedy delivery, as quoted. Only problem was the order was split in two different deliveries, by two different sauces, and I was not informed. This caused a bit of stress and anxiety.”

“Delivery time was awful. almost a month for 9 450mm fascias. on delivery one was also damaged as it was dragged along the floor. it should be a 2 person delivery not 1. i haven't contacted about the damage as it isn't worth the hassle. However, Kath was extremely helpful and gave me frequent updates on the delays. good customer service from Kath.”

“Here's a tip. Before you take an order be sure that one of your depots can service it. A (supposedly) simple order of window sills resulted in three failed attempts to locate stock from two depots and delivery assurances which did not materialise. The two stars are for the valiant attempts of your customer services agent to rectify the situation. I finally received the goods but it took a month and numerous calls. I'll look elsewhere in future!”
