I was not totally happy with the service received. I left a message on your chat website and never received a reply. I ordered white soffit boards and got black but I can cope with that. Parts of the fascia boards were damaged upon receipt but I believe I have enough material to get over this. Failure to respond to my message led to me going elsewhere for additional goods that I required.

Have used this company 3 times now for guttering and skirting first 2 deliverys were perfect ,the last small order must of been loose in the delivery van and turn up all scratched managed to make do and fit ,over all delivery and product quality is good

Well I discovered yesterday that my order was incomplete but I signed for it so I think it’s my fault. Otherwise they were good

Had to wait 2 weeks for delivery, on the day that they said the delivery had been ESTIMATED 2 weeks previous I had had no contact to say it was definitely out to be delivered on this day so I had to contact them to confirm, the price was very competitive, turned up with bits missing and wrong items sent out, then had to wait for correct items to be sent out which took another couple of days. I ordered black fittings and during installation soon realised they had sent out some in anthracite colour and at this point couldn’t be bothered to go back them so had to spend an extra £20 locally to get the job finished. Can only contact them online as they don’t have a phone number you can call. Not sure how this company operates, feels like they maybe dropshipping from other companies. Would I use them again? Probably not, would I recommend them to friends and family ? No.

Made two separate purchases on line , the first was delivered in two deliveries and despite special request for advance telephone call , the second delivery was left outside without advance call. Again the second order delivered and left outside although it was able to be pushed through the metal gate to the Bowling Club. Also no invoice,s provided until I requested by phone. To be fair the prices for the material were pretty good compared to other suppliers.

Not very satisfied several things were missing of the order on the first delivery then the replacement sent was entirely wrong pieces so had to wait again which were still the wrong pieces gave up in the end managed to find them local

I would give 5 stars for the product. However, I have ordered the same item from this company twice before and the cost with delivery has increased from £25.56 in December 24 to £45.20 this January due to increase in the delivery charge. The window board/sills are still at a similar price so the delivery charge of £18 seems extortionate. Also, I was given a delivery date but the item was delivered on another day and left on my driveway weighted down with a roof tile they found on the drive. I had not received any notification that the item would be arriving that day. I am also finding it impossible to log into my account on the website. I would say this company are fine for trade customers making purchases of £150 and over but domestic customers need to consider the VAT and delivery charge before purchasing.

Product is good quality. Delivery experience was poor. Didn’t arrive on the date given and waited a week before chasing to be told it was because of bad weather and it would be there tomorrow. It did arrive the next day, from a local depot that bad weather wouldn’t have affected by a week, and some communication about the delay would have been appreciated. Having to chase it myself was not appreciated.

delivery arrived really quickly. pity it was not complete. numerous calls to customer services and finally told short shipped item was discontinued. can have replacements for 4x more cost !

Very prompt and speedy service, in that received e-mail to say order was being processed, and then next working day - order was delivered. Would have great to have had a text or mail advising of delivery, but overall very good service

Good quality and good price. Lots of communication. BUT website promises 1 - 3 days. My delivery took a week and a half and it was incorrect when I did get it. I did accept it as I didn’t want the hassle of correcting things (I benefited by a couple of quid).

I ordered 2 of 1 item. There was only 1 in the delivery. driver assured me that he would return with the missing item. Still waiting!!

Price very good delivery verygood Unfortunately the product turned up with dents and marks but as I builders were ready to fit with scaffold.erected we instructed them to fit the face boards as we could not afford to leave the scaffold up as it happens the faces board is on the to of the 2 story house as is not that obvious from the ground ( as most people do not look at it as they approach the property so I feel after sending photos of the damaged board at least a refund of the original cost of the board would be a fair conclusion

Product was delivered without any prior notice, luckily we were just pulling into the drive when it arrived. Email came in about 2 hours later. Product was good.

I have used this company twice now. The prices are very competitive and arrive undamaged but both times it's been difficult to find out when the goods will actually arrive. The first time i was given an estimated day of Friday and then it turned up without warning on Wednesday ! it was only by chance that we were at home. the second time I chose the non delivery collect at store option at put the detail of the store in the text box as requested. had an email saying I'll get an estimated delivery date in the next couple of days and then one morning as we left home the van from eurocell was coming down the road to deliver! the order value was less than £10 so I was prepared to collect and don't understand how an online company's software cannot cope with click and collect and lacks the the communication updates that would make the experience much better.

Very happy with product. Delivery was not so good. Delivered to wrong street and left in their back garden for a couple of days as no one was at home. Website was advising me that product had still to be dispatched so I never chased. A bit of a shambles to be honest.

The price is very competitive, the product good. However, as with another review it was passed onto Eurocell (a 10 minute drive from my house). This lead to a different messages re: delivery. Online plastics say they will contact you the day before, Eurocell contact you on the actual day. Delivery was then 3 weeks after the order placed with online plastics. Delivery information needs to be much, much clearer.
