“Other than a lady called Abigail, customer services were worse than awful! As soon as I confirmed my purchase, I realised that I hadn't ordered everything. I tried Live chat, but was told that I needed to put it into an email Which I did. THREE times!!! Each time asking for confirmation. NOTHING in reply. After the weekend I tried contacting your customer dis-services and this lady sorted everything out. Don't bother sending a 5% discount, as I'll never consider using your company again”

“Products and prices are fantastic! The support provided via the online chat was helpful, but a little inconsistent sometimes available, sometimes not. Most questions answered, but not all. Delivery arrived within 3 days, which is amazing, but there was no communication to advise it was even dispatched, let alone or the date of delivery, i was only home at the time it arrived cos the kids had a inset day, otherwise i would have missed it. Mixed feelings, but mostly a positive experience, i would use again due to competitive prices and speed of delivery.”

“Had an issue with delivery but after speaking to Kathleen she managed to help me and items were delivered that afternoon, items were delivered by a nice gentlemen and everything was fine, although i purchased budget cladding it was of good quality and looks lovely now up, price was great, definately buy again from them, well done Kathleen for restoring my faith in your company.”

“Used BPO several times now and have been delighted with their speed of delivery and the quality of product. Living in the very far north of mainland Scotland we are often penalised with hefty carrier costs - not so with BPO. Not only were items delivered promptly but with no carrier charge at all for the larger deliveries. Customer service is great. We've never had any issues with anything but they keep us up to date with exactly when our order has been processed and a delivery date. I would, and do, recommend BPO to anyone needing these products.”

“not the greatest experience.... placed an order for collection at "gap plastics" which was a little distance away (12miles) but saving me a substantial amount on delivery. when I arrived with my order number gap plastics knew nothing about it, several phone calls later and gap plastics agreed to deliver to my house 3 days later. Although the product was good at a good price, I wouldn't use again.”
