Rubbish service caused massive delay to my order and letted me down at my work . Never wish to use them again

I ordered new guttering, fascia’s, soffit boards and accessories. Prices great. The guttering was great, delivered quickly and everything present. The problem came with the fascia and soffit board accessories, ordered from building plastics, fulfilled by Eurocell. First there was a delay in delivery, then when it did arrive the driver insisted my wife sign for the delivery before he unloaded the van (shown on my doorbell camera). In hindsight we should have insisted on goods being unloaded and checked before signing, but hey we trusted all would be delivered. Turns out some items were wrong size and wrong qty. and others weren’t delivered (also fascia and soffit boards were scratched). Contacted building plastics and they investigated. They spoke with Eurocell who stated everything had been delivered because they have a signed delivery slip. Building plastics also said the correct sizes had been delivered as that’s what the delivery slip says. However despite building plastics advertising a size, Eurocell do not actually stock that size (not sure how it was delivered if they don’t stock / supply them…). We now have wrong parts and parts missing that Building plastics will not replace or deliver. Lesson learnt from us, do not sign until all items have been checked and building plastics and Eurocell can’t be trusted to deliver the items ordered. Prices were good, but you get what you pay for.

I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size facia - returned it 30th July 2025 and to date no refund has been given at the time of writing 27th August 2025 I have been asked to revise my review on 28th August as a refund has been processed apparently - but I have to wait another 7-10 working days to receive my refund and I am not confident I will actually be getting one !

Extremely Disappointed – Damaged Goods (seconds) and No Accountability I placed an order with BUILDING PLASTICS ONLINE LTD expecting quality materials as advertised, but unfortunately, I received damaged boards, all with visible scratches – even those packed between other items, clearly indicating the damage occurred prior to delivery. Upon discovering the issue, I contacted the company immediately. Due to an urgent installation deadline, I had no choice but to proceed with the install, after purchasing spray to try and mask the scratches. Despite providing photographic evidence of the damage, the company outright refused any kind of refund or discount, simply stating that because the items had been installed, they couldn’t help. This is completely unacceptable, as the items were clearly not sold as described. The service was also poor throughout: * No communication about delivery * No picking note or paperwork provided * No product or installation guidance enclosed I will be disputing the charge through my card provider and do not recommend this company based on their lack of accountability and poor customer service. Avoid if you expect quality products and responsive support when things go wrong.

I was notified that the order was being processed and an email would be sent confirming delivery date within 48 hours. No e-mail was sent. When I chased up the delivery, I was told that an unsuccessful attempt was made to call my mobile number and the delivery would be made the next day, this was subsequently corrected to "I got my dates muddled up, it's being delivered today before 3.30". The delivery had already been made, but I was unaware of it and so no workmen were onsite. The delivery driver told the person who took in the delivery that it was incomplete and he would be back. As far as I can tell, it is not incomplete. However, I have mixed items both Eurocell branded and un-branded. I hope they will match!!!! A TOTAL SHAMBLES FROM START TO FINISH. Why say you will email and then choose to do something else. There is no mobile signal here and I only see calls and SMS when I leave - I have no evidence of any call and no SMS. If you email and say there will be email confirmation, EMAIL!!!!!

I do not advise buying from them PVC fence panels as they become bend and discoloured in couple of months time. I ordered from them for two customers and now they not happy about my service just because i trusted this company with the product. I raised complain and its almost the month now they still investigating,contacting supplier and no replacement and no refund. Too slow when becomes to sorting issues . Also delivery arrangements are nightmare. No phone call before delivery they call you when there if you lucky.

What went wrong was I was going to be charged 132GBP for delivery to my address in Aberdeenshire, it was dropped to 66GBP +VAT where in England delivery is free over 300GBP. Then found out the panels I purchased were manufactured in Aberdeen only 25 miles away from me! This is a scandal!

Other than a lady called Abigail, customer services were worse than awful! As soon as I confirmed my purchase, I realised that I hadn't ordered everything. I tried Live chat, but was told that I needed to put it into an email Which I did. THREE times!!! Each time asking for confirmation. NOTHING in reply. After the weekend I tried contacting your customer dis-services and this lady sorted everything out. Don't bother sending a 5% discount, as I'll never consider using your company again

As with all the other reviews on here, it seems this company have a serious issue when it comes to delivery. Two star review based on awful delivery, but good prices. I ordered just shy of £1000 worth of items which I will say were reasonably priced. After making payment I waited the allotted 48 hours and was then provided with a delivery slot with times between. I used their Webchat feature to see if I could change the delivery day as it did not suit me. I was able to contact someone quite easily using the webchat but found that it was not easy to change delivery so reverted back to the original date and booked the day off work to await it arrive. Oddly, immediately after the webchat I received part of my delivery (2x lengths of soffit board) and was told that my items were being sent in two consignments and the bulk would arrive on the designated day. Having booked the day off I waited in all day and guess what? Like a lot of people report on here it didn't arrive. I used the web chat feature again today to be told that they assured me that it was being delivered this afternoon. Informed them that I was again at work and had received no contact saying it was now coming today. They assured me it was arriving today so I book the afternoon off work again. I wait in all afternoon and once again, no show and starting to wonder about the authenticity of this company. Looks like I'll be chasing them up again tomorrow!

My order was partially sent to someone else. I had to do the hard work to track down where it ended up to build a case that I hadn't received it. As this split my order up there were two delivery charges. At first glance my order looked okay, a few minor imperfections. When I tried to use it a few weeks later the shiplap was almost impossible to use. The slot was fart too tight even with lubricants and stretching the joint. The boards were breaking as we installed them so we ended up having to cut off the check at the back. I emailed and called the company but they didn't respond. After following it up they acknowledged they had received my email and had done nothing about it but it was now too late. The shiplap is coming apart after a harsh winter and will need replaced prematurely

Order was wrong ordered 3 gutters got 2 ordered 5 joint strips got 2 had to go buy them myself again after paying for them already ..personally I want reimbursed to the tune of £45.00

Do not buy from this company, they claim to have quick delivery times, do not update you with delivery times changing. Bad customer service and won’t own up to their own mistakes. No accountability for poorly run operations. Ordered parts to be delivered during a day booked off work, no updates as to it not being delivered, they are delivering on a day I’m not in and won’t refund me if the items are stolen from my drive due to there delays in delivery. Will take further if items are stolen.

Sent some incorrect parts. Despite emailing 3 times the company failed to respond, which meant I had to buy from another company so I could get the job done and pay twice. I’ll be speaking to credit card company to get a refund. Shocking customer service

Worst online company I have ever dealt with. Placed order then had to chase up as not delivered in expected timescale, wrong and missing item. I have been trying to arrange collection of wrong item since 27th March, I have sent three emails and one online chat.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Misleading Product Info I ordered 3 laminated window boards, each 5.1m in length, for £236. After waiting 12 days, I was finally informed that they no longer supply 5m lengths – and instead offered 4.1m lengths at the same price, which is completely unreasonable. There was no contact number available to speak with someone directly, and their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful throughout. This delay not only wasted my time, but also disrupted my schedule and cost me valuable time with my builders. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional experience. Avoid this company if you value your time and money. You've been warned.

Delivery was meant to be delivered yesterday, never came asked to leave a review a little difficult and disappointing to do so on a no delivery especially when i took a day off work to be available for the items. Now on what looks like a 4-6 week delivery not brilliant customer service.
