“Very easy to identify parts required and order, prompt delivery. However a box of white facia board nails was not delivered, even after contacting them by phone and the promise they would be delivered the next day.”

“Products and prices are fantastic! The support provided via the online chat was helpful, but a little inconsistent sometimes available, sometimes not. Most questions answered, but not all. Delivery arrived within 3 days, which is amazing, but there was no communication to advise it was even dispatched, let alone or the date of delivery, i was only home at the time it arrived cos the kids had a inset day, otherwise i would have missed it. Mixed feelings, but mostly a positive experience, i would use again due to competitive prices and speed of delivery.”

“After I placed my order,I discovered that approximately a week after I was going to be away from home. I then immediately contacted customer services to delay delivery until I returned, they agreed to this, but needless to say the shed was delivered the day before I was leaving. The package was delivered by one person and had obviously been opened as it was taped up down one side, with some of the aluminum sections poking through. A couple had been damaged, but I managed to straighten them out. Having said that the shed has now been erected and the instructions were first class.”

“On May 8th I ordered some soffits, fascia and barge boards all made by Eurocell over £700s worth. I received email confirmation from Building Plastics Online with my estimated delivery the next day and received my items on the May 16th direct from the Eurocell depot. Have to say I was very worried after reading all the other negative reviews but I had no problems with this company.”

“Delivery was quick and efficiently done. Easy to fit and a good solid fit to concrete posts. Highly recommend to anyone, far better than wooden as it won't snap easily in high winds, also looks neater than wooden. Just jet wash once a year.”

“Delivery was very quick ordered Sunday night and delivery was Tuesday first thing in the morning, although I had no notification of when delivery was due🤔 That was my only issue with the whole ordering process so knocked of 1 star for this.”

“Great price, delivered quickly, would have been 5 stars if not delivered to our neighbours! There was no name on the delivery note so neighbours didn't know who it belonged to. The house number was wrong.”

“Product was perfect and exactly as described. Lack of update re a delivery date which required me contacting customer support who were great. Happy with response and date provided although wouldn't of known if I hadn't asked (The original date given had passed). Item arrived in perfect condition so no issue there. Just need to raise bar in relation to communication of delivery dates/times. No further info provided re my order by way of e-mail or text, other than date given by customer services. Otherwise a good company to buy from and yes I would by from again.”

“Excellent price more than competitive. All transactions done online but I received regular updates. Delivery was later than originally advised on line but it was the Christmas period. It was delivered exactly when I was eventually told I would arrive. No need of refunds so can’t comment Good service overall”
