“Great customer service, great price and fast delivery”

“Generally abysmal service Delivery was late despite a clear explanation that we would not be on site beyond that date to receive it A couple of weeks later when back on site and able to inspect the order 5 items were missing from the order despite showing on the delivery note 2 items were of the incorrect colour These defects were notified via the online chat 'service' as the company telephone recorded introduction states that telephonr agent are unable to assist with faulty deliveries. The online chat was rounded off with a promise that i would be called before 4pm the following day. This did not happen After a further couple of online chats I am now advised that their investigations are ongoing, despite photographic evidence, the reason given being that the defects were not reported within a 48hr of delivery. Quite impossible as explained above! We will not be using this supplier again”

“Great sales staff to help with whats needed and required for your project. Once paid it's a different story! I paid £50 or so for next day delivery, and now, 13 days later I have not received anything. No tracking, no email, no call, to explain where anything is. I can't follow up because the phone doesn't take me anywhere other than sales, the chat bot is useless and I get no replies via contact form or email. Would absolutely not order again.”

“Order delivered on time exelent quality will be using company again would recommend other people to use delivery driver polite pleasant and you could have a good laugh and bit of banta with excellent service from delivery driver he made my day with the little bit of banta and he was very polite pleasant happy courier i have recommend my friends and family to use this company in future projects of ther own and i woll be using them again really soon excellent experience all round 5 star rating from me”

“Disgusting service. Ordered cladding and 2 J trims, Tried to find out when delivery was scheduled for and a chat bot says you cannot ask about delivery and he doesn`t know, someone will let me know tomorrow . No text no email nothing. I went out for an hour and got back and they had left my order on the drive minus my 2 J trims. Of course there was only a robot to speak to and he knew nothing. I got a text saying the would deliver the missing trims tomorrow(today) and guess what.... Nothing. so back on to ask the robot where my missing order is and he didn`t know, someone will let me know tomorrow. Unbelievable that you cannot actually speak to anyone. The cladding was in 2 complete packs which were ok but the 1 odd cladding,which had no covering, was covered in footprints and black marks.I will never use this company again it has awful service.”

“Bought 3 flexi angles and they arrived looking like they had been dragged out of a skip, all scratched and footprints all over, on the plus side they left a bottle of pvc cleaner for me to try and clean them needless to say they went straight in the bin”

“Good support when placing the order. Georgina very helpful because orders can be placed with a human. The Order itself is a disaster, downpipes round rather than square, gutter is actually square but is black rather than grey. Can’t contact anyone other than AI engine once have your money and no one sorts the issue. Very frustrating”

Just wish as I am an old RRRse not doing as much as i used to that could be a bit cheaper for small purchases or offer longer delivery times so that you can deliver larger loads to someone near to old RRses and drop the small loads off (hope that makes sense?) “After sales is appalling 😡 Two separate orders for identical product. I appreciate that if the items have come from different batches, there may be a slight colour variation. This was like Golden Oak & Mahogany, totally unusable together. Only contact for after sales is by online chat which seemed to ask the right questions. I provided full details and photos and was told that an Email would be received by 4pm the next working day. That was five days ago. Today I was told I would receive an Email by 4pm today, again nothing, not happy...”

“I ordered 5 capping boards on 28th May. I was told by email that the delivery date would be 3rd June. I waited in. No delivery arrived. I contacted Customer Services via Chat. I was promised resolution. On 11th June, the order finally arrived, but was missing 3 of the 5 capping boards. I contacted Customer Services via Chat. I was promised resolution. Eventually I was told the the delivery would be 23rd June. I waited in. No delivery arrived. I contacted Customer Services via Chat asking for my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”

“Ordered some 5m ceiling panels on 6th June got confirmation delivery on the 8th June for a delivery on the 12th June. I got another e-mail saying was out of stock in warehouse and delivery would be the 28th July!!! which was unacceptable. I tried contacting them by phone to cancel but it’s only sales calls. I tried the bot and was told someone would call by 4pm that never happened. It’s took me 2 weeks to get my money and not by the company I went via my bank as I was not getting a response from customer services via email. I wouldn’t recommend this company given the reviews I’ve seen on a few websites it seems they do this a lot.”

“I ordered soffit on Friday and it was delivered Wednesday i emailed a lady called abigail who was brilliant and she me with my delivery and was always there if I needed any information she has helped me with my 2 orders I would definitely order from here again 1 for the price and product and 2 for the customer service off the lady who helped”

“They took longer than their own quoted delivery time to even acknowledge my order, finally gave me a delivery date and when that hadn’t arrived at 3:30 I went to the online chat because you can’t call them and was told that someone would call me by 4Pm. “Customer service doesn't exist. I ordered on the 1st May & it's now the 20th of May & I'm still waiting!!. I've contacted customer service numerous times just to get a message back saying they will contact me by 4pm & they never do. I've also had to cancel the builders. I'm very disappointed beyond belief & I do not recommend this company at all!!”
