“Great customer service, great price and fast delivery”

“Absolutely Disgusted with the customer service and there product Twinplas Guttering. Was Delivered without notification of when it was coming. Left on flat surface for 3 Days which then ended up warpped at least 2 feet. Contacted via Ai Robot because they dont want to talk . Apparently sunlight affects guttering. Even though it's uv rated. So if anyone buys anything from this company good luck.”

Dear Michael, We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We'd like to clarify a few points for the benefit of other customers reading this review. Firstly, our records show that the delivery was successfully completed by our delivery partner. We have spoken directly with the depot manager, who confirmed that you were at home when the order arrived. The driver also assisted in carrying the guttering through your property, and the delivery note was signed to confirm that the goods had been received in good condition. We also note that no damage was reported within the 48-hour reporting period stated in our Delivery Terms on our website. This reporting window allows us to investigate any issues with our delivery partners while the information is still current. From the information provided by the delivery depot, and from the photographs received, it appears that the guttering became distorted after delivery. During periods of warm weather, plastic products can soften if they are stored incorrectly. If the guttering is leaned against a wall or supported only at each end, the weight of the product can cause it to bow in the middle as it warms. This is different from a manufacturing or delivery defect. Our UV-rated guttering is designed to withstand exposure to sunlight once it is correctly installed, but like most plastic building products, it should be stored flat and fully supported prior to installation. We understand that it can be frustrating when something doesn't go as expected, and we're sorry that you were unhappy with our customer service. We use our online support system to ensure all customer queries are logged and handled as efficiently as possible. “After sales is appalling 😡 Two separate orders for identical product. I appreciate that if the items have come from different batches, there may be a slight colour variation. This was like Golden Oak & Mahogany, totally unusable together. Only contact for after sales is by online chat which seemed to ask the right questions. I provided full details and photos and was told that an Email would be received by 4pm the next working day. That was five days ago. Today I was told I would receive an Email by 4pm today, again nothing, not happy...”

“I ordered 5 capping boards on 28th May. I was told by email that the delivery date would be 3rd June. I waited in. No delivery arrived. I contacted Customer Services via Chat. I was promised resolution. On 11th June, the order finally arrived, but was missing 3 of the 5 capping boards. I contacted Customer Services via Chat. I was promised resolution. Eventually I was told the the delivery would be 23rd June. I waited in. No delivery arrived. I contacted Customer Services via Chat asking for my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”

“Ordered some 5m ceiling panels on 6th June got confirmation delivery on the 8th June for a delivery on the 12th June. I got another e-mail saying was out of stock in warehouse and delivery would be the 28th July!!! which was unacceptable. I tried contacting them by phone to cancel but it’s only sales calls. I tried the bot and was told someone would call by 4pm that never happened. It’s took me 2 weeks to get my money and not by the company I went via my bank as I was not getting a response from customer services via email. I wouldn’t recommend this company given the reviews I’ve seen on a few websites it seems they do this a lot.”

“I ordered soffit on Friday and it was delivered Wednesday i emailed a lady called abigail who was brilliant and she me with my delivery and was always there if I needed any information she has helped me with my 2 orders I would definitely order from here again 1 for the price and product and 2 for the customer service off the lady who helped”

“They took longer than their own quoted delivery time to even acknowledge my order, finally gave me a delivery date and when that hadn’t arrived at 3:30 I went to the online chat because you can’t call them and was told that someone would call me by 4Pm. When they didn’t I called back and was told they shut at 4😡 I would never use them again”

“Customer service doesn't exist. I ordered on the 1st May & it's now the 20th of May & I'm still waiting!!. I've contacted customer service numerous times just to get a message back saying they will contact me by 4pm & they never do. I've also had to cancel the builders. I'm very disappointed beyond belief & I do not recommend this company at all!!”

“After a no show on the delivery date it all turned up the next morning, everything was present and correct, and no damage, delivery guy was from GAP plastics about 2-3 miles from me and very helpful, So materials are not shipped from the seller but orders are farmed out to local suppliers which accounts for problems with delivery dates, all in all pretty good service, comms could be improved, with up dates etc, only reason i bought on-line with delivery is i cant get 5mt boards in my car and no roof rack, and GAP prices are more than "building plastic's " so guessing the "mark-up" in prices are somewhat quite high, still thats the way it is these days,”

“I would recommend this company, the materials and service is great. I ordered 6 x 5mt length of soffit board of which 5 had strap down damage and I could not use. I sent photos as my proof and only 2 days later without any quibble they were replaced. That's what I call great customer service. Many thank.”

“Ordered shower panels listed as "in stock" and "usually delivered in 3-7" business days, only to then be told they are "made to order" and will take 3 weeks. It also took a couple of phone calls and emails to actually get this information 3 days after placing the order. The person in customer services said "as this is a made to order item..." That is, it is misadvertised as being available when it's actually not. Judging from reviews from others this seems to be quite a common experience. It is extremely frustrating as I ordered these items based on their availability.”

“Order was placed on Sunday for lots of items which were all in stock. Web page states delivery within 1 to 5 working days. Great email received confirmibg delivery to be delivered on 19th March. So arrangements etc made forcworj to be done over the next couple of days. Then voice nessage left on phone stating delivery now to be 23rd March. So have had to cancel worrkers, try to get an 3xtension now on the scaffold hire. No di7bt at 3xtra cost. Tried to call company but recorded message stating opening hours ,My call was during this time but no answer. All in all at moment not impressed. Tremmers”
