“All of the items on my order were delivered approximately 24 hours after I placed it. And yes, very fast delivery of a bundle of items five meters long cost just £20 - incredible. Based on this experience, I have no problem at all recommending Building Plastics Online. Many thanks….”

“I ordered from these 3 times and only one order ended up right. Once the panels were all different sizes and another they were completely different design from what I asked for. Plus the communication lacked.”

“Was given an eta of the 8th October no delivery by 10th sent email to customer service did not get response so used the chat and was told delivery by 15th October delivered 1st thing. Overall very cheap so can put up with longer delivery date will use again”

“Same common theme with delivery. Online store timescales are fabricated. Post ordering the process for organising and communicating delivery is inefficient, long, vague and somewhat made up. 2 weeks have passed, 6 failed deliveries despite assurances it was on its way, then its out of stock, then the van broke down and so on. Order still not with me.”
