“I ordered new guttering, fascia’s, soffit boards and accessories. Prices great. The guttering was great, delivered quickly and everything present. The problem came with the fascia and soffit board accessories, ordered from building plastics, fulfilled by Eurocell. First there was a delay in delivery, then when it did arrive the driver insisted my wife sign for the delivery before he unloaded the van (shown on my doorbell camera). In hindsight we should have insisted on goods being unloaded and checked before signing, but hey we trusted all would be delivered. Turns out some items were wrong size and wrong qty. and others weren’t delivered (also fascia and soffit boards were scratched). Contacted building plastics and they investigated. They spoke with Eurocell who stated everything had been delivered because they have a signed delivery slip. Building plastics also said the correct sizes had been delivered as that’s what the delivery slip says. However despite building plastics advertising a size, Eurocell do not actually stock that size (not sure how it was delivered if they don’t stock / supply them…). We now have wrong parts and parts missing that Building plastics will not replace or deliver. Lesson learnt from us, do not sign until all items have been checked and building plastics and Eurocell can’t be trusted to deliver the items ordered. Prices were good, but you get what you pay for.”

“Poor communication on delivery as in no date or time given on first part of order just pure luck someone was in and I am still waiting on a delivery date for 2nd part of the order and this was ordered over a week ago so not great the only positive I’ve had is my communication with Abi from customer services who has been fantastic but seems even her hands are tied somewhat so let’s see if I get any contact on Monday?”

“I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size facia - returned it 30th July 2025 and to date no refund has been given at the time of writing 27th August 2025 I have been asked to revise my review on 28th August as a refund has been processed apparently - but I have to wait another 7-10 working days to receive my refund and I am not confident I will actually be getting one !”

“Interesting how you could reply so fast to modify my review as my problems are solved, but no, they are not, still not a word about refunding undelivered items or refund for returned items. When all sorted maybe I reconsider my score. The good thing: better price. In rest very rigid, bad customer service. I had the order confirmation on 12August, next day email that order is processed and not to contact them for 48h when I will have next email with ETA for delivery. So, even for my products are advertised as to be delivered 1-3days, you have to wait 3 days only the emails. On 15August noon time I had an email stating that delivery will be 15August!!! I've seen the email, re-arrange my day and went home in 1-2hours, to find delivery left on my driveway, with a delivery note in mailbox. Than, when tradesmen came to do the job, we realise not all goods were delivered. We thought maybe someone pinch it since delivery left unattended but looking at the delivery note actually there is a difference between the invoice sent&paid initially and the delivery note, so without any notification, any refund they didn't delivered all order. contacted by chat immediately, on 18August they said will be refunded, still waiting on 25August. Also returned some products on 21August and same no confirmation for refund yet. Products are good and cheaper but hopefully they deliver all and you don't need to contact them for anything else!”

“after reading all awful reviews i was somewhat worried if id made a mistake ordering from this company, but i worried for nothing. Delivery was due on said day, i messaged BPOnline via live chat and spoke to Georgina, she was a god send, she was quick to reply back to me, i messaged numerous times on delivery day and she was always helpful. Delivery turned up on time, all order unloaded and put in a location i asked for, the driver was very helpful. absolutly no complaints from me.”

“Extremely Disappointed – Damaged Goods (seconds) and No Accountability I placed an order with BUILDING PLASTICS ONLINE LTD expecting quality materials as advertised, but unfortunately, I received damaged boards, all with visible scratches – even those packed between other items, clearly indicating the damage occurred prior to delivery. Upon discovering the issue, I contacted the company immediately. Due to an urgent installation deadline, I had no choice but to proceed with the install, after purchasing spray to try and mask the scratches. Despite providing photographic evidence of the damage, the company outright refused any kind of refund or discount, simply stating that because the items had been installed, they couldn’t help. This is completely unacceptable, as the items were clearly not sold as described. The service was also poor throughout: * No communication about delivery * No picking note or paperwork provided * No product or installation guidance enclosed I will be disputing the charge through my card provider and do not recommend this company based on their lack of accountability and poor customer service. Avoid if you expect quality products and responsive support when things go wrong.”

“I was notified that the order was being processed and an email would be sent confirming delivery date within 48 hours. No e-mail was sent. When I chased up the delivery, I was told that an unsuccessful attempt was made to call my mobile number and the delivery would be made the next day, this was subsequently corrected to "I got my dates muddled up, it's being delivered today before 3.30". The delivery had already been made, but I was unaware of it and so no workmen were onsite. The delivery driver told the person who took in the delivery that it was incomplete and he would be back. As far as I can tell, it is not incomplete. However, I have mixed items both Eurocell branded and un-branded. I hope they will match!!!! A TOTAL SHAMBLES FROM START TO FINISH. Why say you will email and then choose to do something else. There is no mobile signal here and I only see calls and SMS when I leave - I have no evidence of any call and no SMS. If you email and say there will be email confirmation, EMAIL!!!!!”
