“My order was partially sent to someone else. I had to do the hard work to track down where it ended up to build a case that I hadn't received it. As this split my order up there were two delivery charges. At first glance my order looked okay, a few minor imperfections. When I tried to use it a few weeks later the shiplap was almost impossible to use. The slot was fart too tight even with lubricants and stretching the joint. The boards were breaking as we installed them so we ended up having to cut off the check at the back. I emailed and called the company but they didn't respond. After following it up they acknowledged they had received my email and had done nothing about it but it was now too late. The shiplap is coming apart after a harsh winter and will need replaced prematurely”

“My old wooden fence panels had rotted and were only held up by foliage. I searched online and saw just what I needed. Ordering was simple, delivery was prompt and installation was easy even gor an elderly infirm person like myself. No more having to paint the fence. Looks great. “Do not buy from this company, they claim to have quick delivery times, do not update you with delivery times changing. Bad customer service and won’t own up to their own mistakes. No accountability for poorly run operations. Ordered parts to be delivered during a day booked off work, no updates as to it not being delivered, they are delivering on a day I’m not in and won’t refund me if the items are stolen from my drive due to there delays in delivery. Will take further if items are stolen.”

“Building Plastics online were top quality. I was told my order would be delivered between 8:30am and 5pm. I contacted them to explain i started work at half 12 so they emailed back confirming my order would be delivered before half 12. It was and the driver was very friendly and helpful.”
