“Placed my order over weekend and as mentioned the order was confirmed Monday am. Delivery was very prompt. Thought it might be a bit low quality as price was good. But. I was wrong quality spot on and I will be using them again.”

“On May 8th I ordered some soffits, fascia and barge boards all made by Eurocell over £700s worth. I received email confirmation from Building Plastics Online with my estimated delivery the next day and received my items on the May 16th direct from the Eurocell depot. Have to say I was very worried after reading all the other negative reviews but I had no problems with this company.”

“As with all the other reviews on here, it seems this company have a serious issue when it comes to delivery. Two star review based on awful delivery, but good prices. I ordered just shy of £1000 worth of items which I will say were reasonably priced. After making payment I waited the allotted 48 hours and was then provided with a delivery slot with times between. I used their Webchat feature to see if I could change the delivery day as it did not suit me. I was able to contact someone quite easily using the webchat but found that it was not easy to change delivery so reverted back to the original date and booked the day off work to await it arrive. Oddly, immediately after the webchat I received part of my delivery (2x lengths of soffit board) and was told that my items were being sent in two consignments and the bulk would arrive on the designated day. Having booked the day off I waited in all day and guess what? Like a lot of people report on here it didn't arrive. I used the web chat feature again today to be told that they assured me that it was being delivered this afternoon. Informed them that I was again at work and had received no contact saying it was now coming today. They assured me it was arriving today so I book the afternoon off work again. I wait in all afternoon and once again, no show and starting to wonder about the authenticity of this company. Looks like I'll be chasing them up again tomorrow!”

“Order 3 bathroom panel sheets with a join section, Extreme delays with delivery, company text me 4 times to say it was being delivered that day, still no sign off it until I rang up, was delivered the next day, 1 panel damaged so sent back and join section was missing, Received the replacement panel 2 days later but still no join strip, rang up to tell them this was still missing, was told I would hear something back the next day, it’s now been 2 days and I’ve still heard nothing”

“I have ordered before off building plastics, and they always have a fast turnaround on deliveries, I have not been there for both deliveries but they put them in a save place for me, all my orders seem to be of good quality and I will order again if needed, would recommend to anyone for price, reliability and fast delivery.”
