“Ordered materials a week ago (fri 13th). A note got added that some of my stuff was discontinued so had to be changed. Received the stuff that was changed plus half of my original order on Thursday 19th and had to chase up looking for the rest to be told it would be the following Wednesday 25th that I'd receive the rest.... No apologies nothing. Wasn't a massive order either so I'd hate to see what happens if you order big !!!!”

“When delivery was made never even knocked the door just put it outside on the grass could of been stolen wouldn’t recommend”

Helpful Report

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your delivery was left outside without the door being knocked — we understand how concerning this must have been, and we apologise for any worry or inconvenience caused. While we always aim to provide advance notice, there are occasions where we do not receive a confirmed delivery date from the transport department beforehand. This can sometimes happen when a driver is able to reach your area sooner than originally planned. That said, items should still be delivered with care and consideration, and your comments have been passed on to the transport team so this can be addressed. We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our service, and we’re sorry that your experience did not meet expectations on this occasion. Kind regards From all the Team @ Building Plastics Online
