“Before I ordered my items I called to ask how long it would take to receive them this was on a Friday the lady checked and said either Monday or Tuesday so I went ahead with the order I received an email on Tuesday then never heard back so I called the office on the Friday to be told that the person could see my order but nothing was processed I then sent in an email to complain and received information that someone would contact me (usually within 24hours) but to this date still never heard back I then had to phone again to chase up my order,I have now received my items but will never use or recommend this company as the service leaves a lot to be desired with”
