“Product was fine but I should just have gone to the local Eurocell and paid a few pounds more as they are the ones who actually delivered it 4 days after I was told it was on the van on it's way to me and I had arranged fitting! Customer Service was always a queue and even when assured the driver was on the way and would call when he was an hour away nothing was actually delivered!”

“Really a very very bad experience in my whole experience. Giving fake delivery dates and delivering after long weeks. No proper customer service. No proper customer online calls. Really a very frustrating experience. Please don't try this website for any rainwater goods order.”

“Communication with this company was very bad. I received an email to tell me my order was going to be delivered on a Monday. Waited in all day but no delivery. I phoned them on the Tuesday and I was told they would look into it and phone me back. No phone call that day! Basically I phoned every day and every time I was told I would have a delivery the next day. In the end I received the order 8 days after the original delivery date. That is not a good way to treat your customers.”

“The price and the ability to combine upvc products and guttering in one order was good but the order fulfilment process and delivery were very poor. Building Plastics are clearly just a portal and they then pass the order on to local suppliers of plastic products. I only got a delivery date for my order because I chased it and then it was fulfilled by Eurocell and they got it wrong twice. They even sent a white downpipe to go with black guttering and accessories”

“I ordered some fascia boards and was quoted delivery within 1 - 3 days. After 4 days I phoned and was told the delivery will take place the following Monday and that due to the Bank Holiday they had a backlog so I had to collect the facia boards myself which was very difficult in a car because they were 5 metres long. Never going to shop here again.”

“The order was easy and good it was the delivery people from eurocell that building plastics use as their local delivery hub for where I live. I had 2 failed delivery dates with no reason or communication. I contacted building plastics and they sorted this out for although they were let down on the second date. They were brilliant. The third delivery date did happen and everything was good from there on.”
