“Reasonable delivery timescale and driver helpful . Material as expected. However the communication stops as soon as BPOL pass on to Eurocell branch, it would be useful to know what branch the order was passed to and then for them to tell you when delivery will be.”

“Great price and quality product. I would have paid nearly double if I had bought direct from Eurocell. I did not realise it was a Eurocell product when I ordered. Fast delivery from local Eurocell depot. I ordered a few other things for collection later with note on order to collect from local branch but had not been pass through straight away. When I went to Eurocell they had not received the order. I called the helpdesk and kind lady passed order through while I was on phone so excellent service.”

“Wanted to click and collect next day at Euorcell. This seemed tricky on line but managed. I called next day to check that it had gone through and was advised that all was OK. Was immediately called back to be advised that the location where I wanted to collect from had closed a few weeks before and we agreed another local depot. Within 30 minutes had a call from Eurocell at the new location to say that they had the order and that I could collect. Eurocell staff very helpful as well.”
