“Ordered 3 lengths of white facia boards plus facia end caps, unfortunately the boards where delivered fine, but I still wait for the end caps, apparently they where ordered from a different supplier this was clarified by a quick phone call by myself. I then relied an email stating That the delivery would happen same day 12/12/2024, once again this never happened. Another phone call Friday 13th (?) explained the situation and was told delivery would happen on Tuesday the 17/12/2024. Overall it would not stop me in using this company again just need to improve the communication.”
