“Had to wait 2 weeks for delivery, on the day that they said the delivery had been ESTIMATED 2 weeks previous I had had no contact to say it was definitely out to be delivered on this day so I had to contact them to confirm, the price was very competitive, turned up with bits missing and wrong items sent out, then had to wait for correct items to be sent out which took another couple of days. I ordered black fittings and during installation soon realised they had sent out some in anthracite colour and at this point couldn’t be bothered to go back them so had to spend an extra £20 locally to get the job finished. Can only contact them online as they don’t have a phone number you can call. Not sure how this company operates, feels like they maybe dropshipping from other companies. Would I use them again? Probably not, would I recommend them to friends and family ? No.”

“Delivery was schedules 5 times and each time didn’t arrive, with no reason, no call or update and no goodwill gesture. Trying to speak with a manager to resolve was non existent, as was the depot dispatching the goods. Would not recommend or use again.”

“Made two separate purchases on line , the first was delivered in two deliveries and despite special request for advance telephone call , the second delivery was left outside without advance call. Again the second order delivered and left outside although it was able to be pushed through the metal gate to the Bowling Club. Also no invoice,s provided until I requested by phone. To be fair the prices for the material were pretty good compared to other suppliers.”

Lady on the phone asked me to collect the new item myself which I refused and asked for a refund instead. Been 2 weeks and still haven’t received it!”

“I was a little worried about delivery timescales given another how another review website said how poor they were. However, I had absolutely nothing to worry about! Products turned up on time and although an incorrect product was sent, it was quickly rectifies and swapped out. Can't fault the service and will order again if ever the need arises!”

“Delivery was quick and efficiently done. Easy to fit and a good solid fit to concrete posts. Highly recommend to anyone, far better than wooden as it won't snap easily in high winds, also looks neater than wooden. Just jet wash once a year.”

“Awful experience. Not all of my order was sent and I emailed numerous times and was ignored. I have now been informed that my missing boards are no longer available so I am unable to complete the project. They really don't seem to care!”

Hi Jayne, We are sorry that you feel this way, looking into this the order was fulfilled in full signed for and we sent you proof of delivery for it all. We have never stated that the one board you claim is missing is no longer available however that it was delivered back in February with the rest of the order. Our CS team are still looking into this and as for the emails we do not seem to have any from you at all? Only on online chat which you seem to disconnect from.
