“Product is good quality. Delivery experience was poor. Didn’t arrive on the date given and waited a week before chasing to be told it was because of bad weather and it would be there tomorrow. It did arrive the next day, from a local depot that bad weather wouldn’t have affected by a week, and some communication about the delay would have been appreciated. Having to chase it myself was not appreciated.”

“delivery arrived really quickly. pity it was not complete. numerous calls to customer services and finally told short shipped item was discontinued. can have replacements for 4x more cost !”

“I leave the judgment to you!!! Please read on....... I bought some skirting boards on line which came to 4 times above the required minimum for free Delivery and paid for it. 5 days later I get a call telling me I have to pay for delivery as there was an error by their Website. Not only they were late to deliver, I was ask to pay for their mistake. I ended up collecting it as I had wait enough. They have changes their website now.”

“No communication from them regarding delivery, half my orders turned up without them knowing, I had to phone them to get clarity when other half would arrive, this then didn't happen,I had to ring again to be find out. I was told tomorrow for definite which didn't happen. some excuse something went wrong with delivery and will be here tomorrow which I've declined and asked for refund as obviously there gauntees don't mean alot”

I completely understand how frustrating this situation has been, especially given the time and resources you have dedicated to ensuring your project could proceed as planned. The delays were due to unforeseen issues with our supplier, which regrettably impacted the original delivery on the 21st. While we worked to reschedule for the 22nd, the depot failed to notify us in time that the delivery would not go ahead, resulting in further delays. I recognize how this has disrupted your schedule and led to unnecessary costs, and for that, I am truly sorry. I completely understand your decision to cancel the order and request a refund. This how now been passed to our accounts team. This experience has fallen far below the standard of service we strive to provide, and we value your feedback to help us improve. “I ordered 4 x 5metre pieces. Prompt delivery and all pieces were in good condition on receipt. The flexible rubber seal was easily removed with a sharp knife as not required. Long pieces were very flexible so 2 person job.”
