“Havent used product yet but delivery was a shambles. Mail to say they would advise delivery date then courier just turned up while at work and left delivery outside. Customer services couldnt be bothered to reply to my complaint”

“Ordered online after reading on their website that white soffit items are normally delivered in between 1 to 3 days. (Order actually arrived 12 days after order!) The delivery date given to me was 22nd November so I arranged for someone to be onsite to unload the delivery only for the delivery not to arrive, sent someone out again on 23rd November to unload for it not to arrive again! It was delivered on 24th without prior notice and sat out the front of the job all day with zero security. My email querie/complaint was ignored and no delivery updates by sms/phone. 1st and last time using this company.”
