Apart from my number plate not being scanned in entry and getting a bill for 100 on exit which to be fair was quickly sorted at the gate all good .

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Was ok service until we were leaving my car when through no issue but my mother-in-law’s car stated she owed 325 pounds even though I had booked both cars on the same booking was rectified within 10 minutes but last thing you need at that time in the morning

The parking was fine but the charge of nearly £124 for a week’s parking was outrageous

Our pricing is dynamic and continually changes based on many different factors such as demand, occupancy and lead time making it possible for the pricing to change from booking to booking however, we offer competitive pricing against other providers. First time using Edinburgh Airport, and parking facilities. Was difficult to find due to this and the fact that after enquiring about exact location was given a postcode that covered the whole of Edinburgh Airport… was east enough after that found my space and was picked up at the bus shelter. Returning was a bit of a challenge as we required Special assistance for my disabled mother. They took us to bus stance 7, left us, we were then directed back to the terminal to cross the bridge with 3 cases and my mother in a wheelchair. Bit of a hassle really.

was a bit difficult to find but once there plenty of parking. put ticket in machine and was asked to pay £150. but I had paid online when I booked. it took the operator a few minutes to sort it out, was not impressed with this at all

We found it very difficult to find. The postcode led us to the other side of the location and we had to turn back on ourselves. When we arrived the ticket machine did not issue a ticket and we had to call for the barrier to lift. On our return, we waited quite some time before the bus arrived. Again, as we had no ticket we had to call for the barrier to lift. We were asked for our registration number and told it wasn't recognised.

Booked my parking ahead of time, but accidentally entered 13th Sept as return date instead of 14th Sept. Parking for 9 days cost £85, but was charged an additional £45 for the extra day. Very disappointed.

I use plane parking because it’s the best price , as usual though it was a problem to leave tha car park. I put ticket in machine and it wanted to charge me £350 ,wish you guys could fix this issue , but bus service was good and good price .

Nice parking with transfer. 3 stars, because for some reason the gate never opens automatically for me despite the online pre-booking and I always have to use the intercom.

Very disappointed to arrive at the car park and have great difficulty finding a place to park. There were cars blocking junctions with no obvious signs of any control.

Have used this service several times with no problem, however when entering the security area from the multi storey this time I was told I did not have access to the priority lane as it was not entered on my ticket. I did explain that it was part of my multi storey parking deal, but to no avail. I was advised to buy a pass or go through the regular security check in, which I did.

Thank you for your review. All multi-storey bookings come with Security fastTRACK access for up to 5 people as standard. If you show your ticket you were given upon entry or the booking confirmation you will be able to access the fast track security. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Prices was reasonable and the car park was not hard to find. Parking near a bus stop was easy. The bus though drops passengers off some 250 to 300m from the terminal entrance and there are no wheelchairs at the bus stop which makes getting to the terminal difficult.for someone like me with a disability. I was told Secure Airparks take passengers right up to the terminal so I will use them in future.

The parking spaces in the car park 2 were ice and wide but had to walk across to car park 1 to get on the bus and on the way back. The driver didn't let anyone know which stop to get off at or held anyone to get bags on or off as some older people struggle to get the luggage onto the luggage rack on the bus. So not very helpful.

Got car parked okay,, but cars parked in non car parking spaces,, just abandoned makes life difficult to get out at times,, overall ok

All went fine until we had to get the bus and we didn’t knew exactly which bus stop to take. Email sent with booking details does not provide such details so we ended up walking from the terminal to the car park. A bit disappointing.

Thank you for your review. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Found the car park easily by using Google maps sat nav. Found a space, Found the bus stop. Bus was waiting for us and took us straight to airport. However on return our flight from Paris was cancelled. Didn't have outgoing calls in France so asked a family member to try ringing the car park to let them know we would be picking up the car late. There is only one number on Google and its not right. Kept saying unrecognised number. She tried multiple times. Nowhere on manage my booking to let them know this, or to update car pick up time. No email address, no contact form. Communication very poor therefore. Got to the car park the next afternoon to collect car, came up saying we had an outstanding amount of £45. Refused to pay. Not our fault our flight was cancelled. Ridiculous charge. Phone the intercom and the guy couldn't even find our booking. Couldn't find the name, even asked me if I was in the right car park! Then said our booking had in fact ended a whole day and a half before. No it bloody hadn't. I know what date and time I booked. I checked it several times before I paid. Finally realised I was right and just lifted the barrier and let us go. Just a whole hassle we didn't need whilst stranded in Paris with a 10 year old and whilst trying to get home.

The road round to the carpark was very uneven but the shuttle bus service to the airport was very good

No transfer bus to airport although it said there was..my wife is disabled and had to walk to airport,… Long stay parking……I was in the correct car park.. on the bus chelters it said no bus transfers.. everybody were walking to the terminal….if we had gone to the wrong car park we would have had to pay more ,,,

I was a bit confused as I got a ticket entering the car park & I believe that was wrong as I already had booked & ended up getting a notification that I was due £80 It took a bit of explaining to your personal that I had paid Mabe better signage would help Regards David
