When we went to go out car park put the ticket in the barrier and it said I owed £320 I had such a scare had to press buzzer and tell that I had booked my car in the week before the man checked and lifted the barrier but it really was a scare

When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. There are works ongoing which makes entering and leaving the car park difficult. In particular the signage is wrong or useless.

Great experience on dropping off the car but we had to pay £100 to leave even though we were with in out time. No signs to say what to do if this happened and right at the bottom of the email to press buzzer which we couldn’t see and no clear sign of where it was . Waiting to see if this will be refunded

I have no idea when the car park was laid out but the spaces are ridiculously small for today's cars. The original Mini was 1.41mtrs wide - the current one is 1.76 mtrs wide - there has also been a huge shift to SUV's which are larger in every dimension. I don't want my car marked because someone is careless when opening their car door. It's a pity that you fall down in this critical aspect because apart from that it is an excellent service if somewhat pricey.

I had the fright of my life when leaving - I put my ticket in the barrier & it then asked me for £180.00 saying it was outstanding! I called assistance & they took my number plate then the barrier went up - no apology given or anything said so I assumed it was ok to leave. Not sure if I’ll get a demand through the post now - very unnerving especially after such a long day travelling!

Parking was easy to find and park, however when I picked up my ticket, it didn't acknowledge my vehicle. When leaving, I dropped the ticket into the machine to be told I still needed to pay another £170 before I could leave. I managed to speak to someone via the link on the pillar who opened the barrier.

Did not have my key in a box on my return? Had to wait 30 minutes for my car. Staff were helpful and courteous throughout. It was New Years Eve so I forgive them for the delay.

love the way you can park so close to the terminal,My only complaint is we have parked twice in the last 12 weeks and informed that my wife is disabled and told the car will be parked in a disabled bay .when we arrive back the car the car is at the top off the car park and we have to wait for it to be driven done to us . Frustrating.also being asked to pay at exit gate so there are some blips in the system.

I had fast track plane parking last week. And it was a shambles from start to finish! It’s absolutely terrible. From booking to onsite service to check in to recovery and pick up of the car! Happy to have a chat with someone who cares and wants to improve the shambles that is fast parking!!!

Better signage to the airport terminal would have been appreciated but cost and exit signage were fine.

Arrived in the dark and rain. Lighting and signage is very poor, but that goes for the whole airport area.

I think your email should have given clear instructions, or the notice board at the front of plane parking where to go as plane parking was closed. We had to call and see help from an airport Steward to go to long stay. Need more sign posts

It was easy to book a parking place but unfortunately the flight I was booked on was cancelled and I had to take another from Glasgow instead of Edinburgh so I lost the money I had paid for Edinburgh.

Easy to find car park next to airport, only criticism is that we had to park a distance from airport and the road is very rough and needs to be levelled. Would be better if there was a bus which could pick up and drop off. Elderly would find it a struggle pulling suitcases from far end of car park, i.e. G and beyond.

The parking was further away from airport than I thought not walking distance you need to take a shuttle bus.

Easy to find, massive car park with lots of spaces, transfers are regular about every 10 mins. Security is non existent though. Returned from holiday to find 2 flat tyres. Last thing you need at 2am in the midst of a rainstorm

I booked and paid in advance. The car park was easy to find and we easily found a spot. However when we left, we were told we owed £340 even though I had paid in advance. We had to press the help button for it to be checked and overridden. Not something I wanted to deal with at 1.30am.

It’s the first time I have used plane parking and everything went well until we tried to leave. We followed all of the instructions but on exiting the carpark we were declined exit and asked to pay a parking fee of £560. I did manage to resolve this but it put a dampener on what was a good service

Location of parking was excellent and value for money, fast pass for security was also great feature. However entry and exit to/from car park was not good, barrier on entry did not work without using intercom and on exit insering ticket did not raise barrier and message said £150 owed to exit even although ticket was pre booked and paid for🤷‍♂️ Again intercom required to sort it out
