The October holidays witnessed a surge in demand to travel from Edinburgh. The car park was packed to capacity and the single bus which was on in the early hours before the 6.00 am exodus proved insufficient. The bus was full after the 1st stop and drove past the second. Result a long wait as the crowds poured down to the 1st stop. Lesson to be learned put on an extra bus at peak times especially when passengers are being milked for parking fees.

Plane Parking was value for money. The signage for the entrance to the parking could be improved. I have also used this service twice this year and both times on exit, I have had to contact your desk to exit instead of vehicle registration being utilised from prepayment

All excellent from booking and ease of use!! more than happy to use again but! Please sort out camera recoginition, as again faced with a charge at exit point. However had my booking note and reference so could prove fee had been payed at time of booking

Finding the Fastpark area after leaving arrivals was difficult due to poor signage.

Our car had to be changed a couple off days b4 flying so found it difficult to change the reg plate number. The man I spoke to on the intercom let me through as he had my details. Didn't fancy paying £150 fine. Could maybe make the booking or rearrange booking a bit better and peace off mind that your not going to get a fine

Instruction received to park were inaccurate. There were multiple barriers all labelled and none matched the instruction I received. This resulted in me having to go through a barrier as another vehicle was behind me, and cost me £6 to get back out and a further £5 to get out of airport as it was the only road available. I represented to one of the barriers and pressed call button as barrier did not automatically raise. I was let into the car park. I parked. On my return at 11pm, the barrier machine wanted £145.00, so I called for help and was eventually let out of car park. Not the stress free experience I was anticipating

After arriving back in Edinburgh, we waited about 20 minutes for the bus to take us to the parking area. There were no seats so everyone stood and by the time the bus arrived, there were too many people waiting and some were left behind, presumably waiting for another 20 minutes. Despit the car park being a fairly large area, there appeared to be only two stops.

Whilst the parking is fine, easy to find and spaces available the bus really lets this service down. It’s an ordinary bus with no luggage area which for an airport bus for people with suitcases is ridiculous.

Used several times from Edinburgh Airport in the past. Outbound all good, parked up & bus waiting. Arrived back in Edinburgh 1.45am, after waiting to get case, bus arrived shortly after to take us back to car parking. Unfortunately, we were amongst the cars that couldn't get out of the Plane Parking due to a barrier malfunction. Eventually (after a period that seemed a lot longer than it was) the barrier lifted although the engineer who was supposedly on route to fix never arrived! Not an ideal situation to be in considering we arrived back in the early hours & still had an 150 mile further journey.

Easy to find and plenty of spaces. A few negatives, bus had limited space for luggage, only 2 bus stops for the whole car park and the machine wouldn’t accept my ticket on exit, but easily resolved when pressing the intercom button.

It’s a bit of a fair distance from airport so give yourself plenty time. The bus driver was very rude on arrival back in the uk and was going to leave the airport with no passengers on board . We had to say where were going when we parked so presumed they would wait gor the flight coming in !!!

We arrived at the parking and could not find a space , we had to ride around for fifteen minutes and aventually managed to spot a customer coming out of a space which we quickly took. The entrance and departure was great, just the lack of parking that was disappointing. Not too far from the airport as well.

I paid in advance of a 2 week stay. I was issued a ticket on entry and when I tried to exit it requested £322!

Easy to get to and great with the shuttle bus service. Only downside when I was leaving I was told at the barrier I owed 244.00 even though I had paid in advance

Fast park parking run smoothly from start to end, have used before and will use again in the future. Reason for only 3 stars is that on return to my car after my holiday the settings within my car had been changed. This included the view in which I have my dashboard display, cruise control left on, radio station changed, and my central arm rest had been opened and left open. I am not aware of anything missing. However, I believe that when I leave my car under your care that does not give the person moving my car from drop off to pick up the right to rummage through my personal affects or alter settings within my car.

Easy to find & got parked no problem. Bus came within a few mins of parking. It wasn't a "luggage" bus so only space for 1 or 2 suitcases in total. Signs up to say don't have luggage in gangway so where are we meant to put suitcases?? Return bus again, was waiting and again barely space for luggage! On leaving at the barrier, put card in and said we were due £275!! We only paid £50 for 11 nights in total. Spoke to guy through buzzer who sorted it out & released barrier but I do wonder how many people pay it without query. We were within the 2 hour late period they allow without charging as our flight was delayed (as were most the past few days). The service was quick but not having room for suitcases on an airport transfer is a no-no for me and therefore not likely to book again.
