“I was left alone by my owners who were on holiday in greece for two weeks.
Little did they know that I partied with the other vans. They were so stupid they didnt even realise I parked back in the wrong place! They did wake me up at 2am which I could have done without.
Great venue , easy to find and my owners were happy that the bus pickups were regular and stopped closer to the terminal than other operators.”

“Plane Parking was value for money. The signage for the entrance to the parking could be improved. I have also used this service twice this year and both times on exit, I have had to contact your desk to exit instead of vehicle registration being utilised from prepayment”

Our car parks are signposted by wayfinding, located in key traffic areas. I’m sorry to hear that you found our wayfinding to be unhelpful. Please be assured that we are working hard to upgrade our wayfinding where required.
It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“I arrived ealier than I was booked in for. No problems in letting you in early. Car park is easy to find as its well sign posted. Buses come regularly to take you close to the airport. And on return home buses again are very regularly. Can't fault plane parking.”
