“Plane parking is good value if booked in advance only for me when I wanted to leave I placed my card at the barrier and the machine showed I owe £100.00 it was easy sorted via the intercom as the number plate recognition had not worked on entry and the assistant open the barrier for me to leave”

“Great facility reasonably priced, regular shuttle bus to departures.
However despite pre-booking, I’m always asked to pay full price on exit. This needs to be sorted out as it causes a short delay and is annoying for motorists behind.”
