“I'm extremely disappointed. When I pulled into the car park, the barrier wouldn't open, so I had to print out a ticket to park and catch my flight. When I returned to the car park, I discovered I had to pay £100 upon exiting. There's no contact information available through the app to make a complaint. The booking confirmation also lacks a phone number or email address. The customer is left helpless and forced to incur additional costs. I paid for the reservation, but I still had to pay an additional £100 because I wouldn't have been able to leave the car park. I'm disappointed and devastated. I don't recommend this airport car park. I'll never book it again. I'll use a different one next time and advise others to do the same.”
“Parking itself was okay however my wife is disabled and meant l had booked long stay which is too far away from the airport resulting in a two pound charge for a trolley and a further £6 to drop my wife off close to terminal this was repeated on exit so a additional £16 to go no where not great this seems to penalise disabled visitors”

I was happy with the service but I was overcharged £25 when I arrived on the 26t of October which was the day the clock changed and the system hadn't been updated and so it thought I had arrived an hour earlier.. Not great and I wasn't sure how to claim back that money.”
