“I normally use Plane Parking at Edinburgh airport and have no problems, however on my last two visits there have been which can be worrying. My last visit, when exiting the car park I was informed that I had a £100 fine.....not good when you have actually paid for the time you were there. It was eventually sorted however I now spend time checking my bank and CC app to see if anything has been taken.”
“Second time this year I have used Plane Parking and happy with the service on each occasion. Although the parking is a long way from the terminal building, the shuttle bus make this a breeze at Edinburgh, drops you off near the tran/bus terminus.”
“Easy to enter, park and exit due to the ANPR cameras...Easy to find out the location as its all sign posted very well. Any changes can be done upto 24 hrs before which is quite handy.”
“Pickup at car park and at airport went very well. Only problem was that we missed the sign showing the route to Plane parking bus stop. Maybe a map showing route could be incorporated with paperwork.”
“I did not like on leaving I put my ticket in and nothing happened . I used the buzzer could hear person but not very clear. After message still no exit. Irung again and someone finally opened the gate.
Also booked later before my flight and was charged a far higher amount than usual.”
“Very easy to book and in a good location as my mobility isn't very good. The short walk was manageable. Directions to car pary very clear and automatic system worked well”
“Once again, at the barrier, I was asked to pay (£120) despite having already pre-paid. After contacting the barrier operator, I was eventually let out—without any apology. I expect an apology from anyone attempting to charge me twice, whether it’s at a bakery or a car park.”
“Good service, a bit away from the terminal but regular bus service does not make this a problem and very short bus ride to terminal. Bus could be a bit better to accommodate luggage, lucky I was traveling with hand luggage only but others on the bus had full cases and not much room to store them. Barrier did not recognise my ticket on exit but pushed intercom button and they checked out my booking and lifted the barrier for me, so this was no problem either. Overall good and I will use them again.”
“Could not get back out.You wanted another £244 . Your man in the office sorted it. How did that happen after I had prepaid.

“This was my 2nd time using Plane Parking at Edinburgh Airport and I have zero complaints. Gate opened right away and bus arrived 2 mins after parking my car and getting to bus shelter. Bus was at the stop when I landed back in Edinburgh and I got back to my car within 5 minutes and gate opened no problem as I exited. All in all very happy and will definitely be using again in the future.”
