“Parking was great, bus was fine however on trying to check out I was informed at the gate that I had to pay a £150 surcharge, obviously i was not about to pay this and after a call to plane parking using the help facility at the gate I was told that I could leave, no apology or explanation but at least I didn't have to pay this obvious technical fault overcharge. Despite this I would use Plane Parking again and would recommend to friends or family.”
“Easy parking system and regular buses. Overall no problems and would use again, however when we arrived home there was large amount of people waiting in the rain and only a small mini bus showed up. We had to stand and others were left behind. I would have thought they would know the number of people returning so as to have the normal sized bus.
Overall still happy and would use again as by far the cheapest.”

Emails were very clear, map to carpark and directions spot on, Coach pick up suppurb the Driver even brought the bus 10 yards on from the bus stop to help us load our cases and people. Return we waited 5 minutes on a Sunday the driver was very helpfull, polite and friendly. Definately will use Plane Parking in the future!”
“Easy to find parking space. Buses are regular. Issue leaving but was resolved within minutes after buzzing through to office (this was at 2am). 2nd time using, will use again if price is right”
