“Entry gate did not recognise my registration number and did not open. Took a ticket, but this led to a delay on exit. Sorted over the intercom but could have done without the drama.”
“We’ve used fastpark several times and it’s been great. On this occasion, however, we turned up as usual to be told ‘we’re full’ and we were directed to a ticket barrier and told to take a ticket and enter the terminal car park and find somewhere to park. It took us 15 mins to find a remote parking spot and we were worried that we might be in a reserved spot. Spent the holiday worrying about whether we’d find a wheel clamp when we got back. Returned from holiday to discover barrier wouldn’t let us out with q of cars behind. Eventually managed to talk to someone over barrier phone who reluctantly let us out. We booked the parking 4m in advance; not impressed. Now means we have to arrive half an hour earlier just in case fastpark full in future….”

“Our car had to be changed a couple off days b4 flying so found it difficult to change the reg plate number. The man I spoke to on the intercom let me through as he had my details. Didn't fancy paying £150 fine. Could maybe make the booking or rearrange booking a bit better and peace off mind that your not going to get a fine”

“1st time using this car park, slightly worried wouldn't go smoothly but no need as all went well. Quick shuttle bus pick up/drop off on route to airport and again on return.
Only negative was buses didn't have proper luggage storage area, only gap/area for wheelchairs/prams so had to watch cases didn't roll away!
Would happily recommend though and would definitely use again.”
