“This is obviously automated as due to covid our flights were cancelled. We can rebook within a year which we intend to do for same dates next year.”

“Usually very good prices but the parking is not served well with buses to the airport. A bit of a walk to the buses which is not convenient when you have luggage and children or a disability.”

“Unused due to the pandemic and we could not contact you to change the dates. We will be booking again for next year so could you confirm you have not charged us for this parking due to being unable to fly as the situation was outwith our control”

“Unfortunately, our flights were cancelled and our parking booking was non refundable. I did try and contact PP to ask about vouchers but received an auto emailing bounce back from Edinburgh Airport saying address not found or along those lines. I'll try again if we ever fly from Edinburgh. If they could improve contact details, it would be better”

“Always use plane parking when flying from Edinburgh, easy booking system and easy to find and park however been trying to contact for 3 weeks to cancel 2 bookings, also emailed without a reply.”

“Booked for Easter break unfortunalty due to flight being cancelled didn’t use but also didn’t have a choice to cancel and get refund was cheap for the parking so I suppose I can’t complain would make sure in future to pay a little more for a cancellation one ,have parked here before and it great ,booked for the summer so not sure what is going to happen then”

“Following cancellation of my holiday I had to cancel my parking. As a result I lost £10 by way of a cancellation charge which was slightly disappointing in all the circumstances. That said, online booking was easy and price was excellent. Given its location, it looks an excellent place to park.”

“I always award plane parking 5 stars as I always use them and have never had any problems whatsoever.however on this occasion I feel I have been let down through no fault of our own our holidays were cancelled as were our flights so in turn tried to cancel the car parking and reqest a refund sadly no response”

“We arrived back early due to the panic in getting home on international flights and when we got to the barrier it stated we owed £150 we spoke to operative and was readily rectified and we were on our way. Apart from that, amazing affordable service at Edinburgh. Thank you.”
