“I had to wait quite a long time for a bus to and from the airport. There was limited space on the bus for luggage which made it difficult to get to the empty seats as luggage was in the passageway.
I was lucky and got a parking space near bus stop 2, but potentially there could have been a long walk from an empty space to the nearest bus stop.
Trying to get out of the carpark on my return was very frustrating and time consuming, as my ticket was rejected by the machine on multiple attempts.”

“Parking was great and I'd recommend it. My car was kept safe and in the shade keeping it cool so that it was pleasant to get back into for driving home. I found the directions to getting there confusing and went to the drop off car park and then the wrong long stay before being redirected - possibly due to directions having changed since my last use - so many changes and so many signposts!!”
“Online booking was straight forward. Prices very comparable. Car park was easy to find and the bus service was efficient. On leaving I told Inhad an outstanding fee of £275 to pay This Was sorted quickly after speaking with someone on the intercom. Although no explanation was given. Be careful and always give yourself a couple of hours grace. Coming out of the airport the pick up point was well sign posted My only issue is there are only 2 bus stops in which is a very large car park. Also the bus stop was littered with rubbish. A long walk to and from a bus stop in the pouring rain.”
“First time using plane parking, the price was very competitive, transfer service very good and our driver was very helpful on our return journey to collect our car. The onlyproblem is that there is not enough luggage storage on the bus and depending on the corners cases can roll all over the isle. Would still use plane parking. In fact Iwe have already booked for another two trips.”
“Booked online entered wrong dates 21-26th June instead of 20-25th June. Was charged £85 online but had to pay another £160 at car park to get my car back. Tried to amend booking online well in advance of 24 hour limt unable to retrieve booking due to error on system. Have emailed Edinburgh Airport still waiting for reply”
