“Have used on many occasions and not had any issues. Only criticism that I have is that the buses now being used do not have any luggage racks which means people have to satnd with their luggage in the aisles or luggage is blocking the aisles.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Ideal parking, however no spaces anywhere near the top end near terminal, we were literally the second last row at the bottom & got soaked walking to terminal.”
“I was picking up family from airport and it worked well for this. Ticket was pre booked, so a bit cheaper than if I just turned up (I think!). Car park was busy, so took a little while to find a space. Didn't have to wait long for either bus and it's only a short ride. Barrier didn't recognise my number plate on exit, so don't think the pre booked automatic system worked. Pressing the button got me a human who let us out quickly. Generally a positive experience.”
“Used this car park 3 times this year there was roads works on and no signs anywhere to tell u the road was open lots of cars didn't no where to go shambles”

“Got held up flying back from Germany with Ryanair which was not my fault, cost me an extra £18 which I had to pay at the barrier to get out, not happy about that but what can you😡”
“Wasn’t find. Plenty space for parking. Very regular buses. Only issue was on leaving when my ticket said I had a fee of £120 still to pay. I pressed the help button to speak to someone who looked up my number plate and did clear the fee but an unfortunate end to such a good service. Would still use again tho.”
“On arrival at the car park I forgot to ask the driver where the pick-up point was on returning,it was a short walk to the carpark from the terminal so next time I'll make sure where the pick-up point is”
“On arrival the bus driver stopped as we were unloading our luggage and waited patiently, when arriving at the airport we discovered we had left some luggage and immediately he took me back to the car park to retrieve it and allow us to catch our flight. (A pure gentleman) on returning from our holiday again the bus driver showed great patience whilst loading our luggage and again dropped us right at our car. Great customer service and will continue to use this service”
