“Process worked well, found a space for parking on arrival but struggled to find it in on our return!
Two suggestions:
Extra dedicated capacity on the busses for luggage especially suitcases.
Numbering the car park spaces so easier to remember where your car was parked.

“We needed to find parking for a larger vehicle (9 seater combi transit) and Plane Parking was reccomended as it states on the website anysize of vehicle. On the way to the car park in Edinburgh you seem to drive past lots of other closer car parks but it's well signed. Access was indeed for any size vehicle though the parking bays are normal size so we only just fitted in. Shuttle bus back to the terminal arrived within a few minutes and take less than 10 back to the airport. Signage within the airport gets you back to the return shuttle bus. The barrier gives you a ticket upon arrival and if you've pre-paid returning the ticket as you leave gets you out of the car park without issuse. Great 'relatively cheap' service. I'd use it again.”
“I thought this to be excellent. So easy to park up, and the transfer bus was an easy trip the airport in no time at all. On our return the bus was just arriving as we got to the pick-up point and the driver was so cheerful. He obviously enjoys his job.”
“Parking was easy to use and have used a few times now also booked again this year. Entry would not open on arrival but pressed button got a quick response and barrier lifted, bus was there within minutes to take us to airport same on way back, defo keep using”
“This was so quick and convenient. We dropped off our car and were given instructions on what to do when we arrived back. All went very smoothly even adding another day due to cancelled flight was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Well done team!”
“Used for a 3 week stay, booking was easy to manage online, the site is easy to find even with the roadworks at present, access is quick and you park your own car, there is only 2 actual bus stops at this site but the driver stopped next to where we parked so we did not have to haul the cases to a stop. On the return another driver refused to stop when requested even though there were only 6 people on bus (total 2 stops) , this is why 4/5 stars, may be 1 awkward driver (or company policy) but unable to make comment on company website so posted on here instead.”
“The registration number wasn't captured on the way in and on exit it showed a charge of £180, not what you want to see when you know you booked correctly and followed the instructions. Thankfully your staff member quickly sorted as he found my booking and allowed me through the exit”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.
