It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“The directions and ease of finding a space made the first part of the process stress free.
The transport to and from the airport was quick and easy.
When leaving the parking area and at the barrier I was asked to pay £350 when I presented my ticket. This was obviously surprising and alarming. I contacted an operator gave him my car registration to confirm I had prepaid and had nothing to pay.After about 3 or 4 minutes the barrier was raised. No explanation, no apology no goodbye.”
“When i arrived there were friendly staff who helped me as I have not used this service before. Because I used this service i was offered the Twilight service the night before. This was great and easy to use.”
“My car broke down on the way to the airport and so I never actually used the service. This is one of those things I suppose, but Plane Parking offers no refund in this event as I would have been cancelling with less than 24 hours notice. Again, you might say, one of those things. But we had reserved 21 days of parking and maybe there is a way to perhaps cancel the second or third week and get some form of refund. But no. There is seemingly no way to contact Plane Parking other than through the webpages which are preset to provide only very limited options for communication... not including my particular circumstances.
But that's OK. I get to fill in a short review.

“Car parked ok, bus took us away almost as soon as we had locked car, saw bus at stop on return but just missed it, no problem it was back within 15min
Packed bags in car proceed to gate put ticket in and gate stays shut screen says outstanding payment of £250 🤭
Spoke to guy on intercom gave reg, 2 mins later on our way, I know we were an hour late arriving but £250 and hour 😏

“The space seems to have moved since we were there last. Very organised and picked up late from delayed flight with very pleasant driver. Relieved to arrive after delay with Royal Highland Show traffic. Great value! Will always use this company when flying from Edinburgh.”
