“Never an issue booking or parking and the bus transfer is easy.
The only issue I have is everytime I go to leave and I or my ticket in, I get a message saying I owe extra money, (Usually hundreds of pounds) or the machine won't accept my ticket! However each time this has happened the customer service has sorted it straight away after I have pushed the help button on the machine and and spoken to staff.
I will still use the carpark.”

“The booking process for Plane Parking was very easy, and the directions I received by email took me straight to the parking area. Lots of spaces to park and a great transfer bus which came within 5 minutes of us waiting at the bus stop. The same fast service on our return, with the transfer bus arriving within 10 mins of us arriving at the return bus stop. You're dropped off and picked up just outside the airport which is great. I would definitely use this service again.”
“It's a good value for money, easy to find. Once you park, you keep your key and go to the nearest bus stop and wait for the bus which takes you to the airport and it's a short drive. Have used this parking a few times already and would use again and recommend to others. Never had any issues.”

“We left the car park with barriers and ticket machines not working. Returning to a reduced bus service fom airport to carpark.
The driver of the bus was very impolite and rude . Had to use intercom to get barrief lifted as had no ticket.”
