“Everything was good. Competitive price, good location etc. However, the speed bumps around the car park could be lowered. I drove(very slowly) over one of them and damaged plastic cover of the engine bay so not too happy.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“WARNING DO NOT BOOK !!!!!
Booked a 36 hour stay defaulted to 24 hours tried cancelling . Couldn’t . Error message displayed . So Sent email before 24 hour period didn’t respond till 2 days after . Told because I booked as a guest couldn’t cancel . Not good enough . Avoid at all costs”

I can confirm that you can cancel a booking in guest mode however you were out with the terms and conditions for cancelling your booking.

“Disappointing got a bit of a scare when I got to leaving I put my ticket in and wanted £180 thankfully they had a intercom on the ticket machine and it was swiftly sorted as I had pre booked online. I’m not sure why it didn’t pick my registration up in the first place”

“Excellent service. No fuss on arrival. Only negative was that on return my car was parked right at the far end of the parking/pick-up area. Had it been raining I wouild have got p[retty wet walking to the car. Otherwise great service.”
