“Great car park and good bus service. We had an issue getting out when the machine wouldn't read our ticket but they answered our intercom contact promptly and we were buzzed through very quickly. Thanks for your help”
“It’s a bit of a fair distance from airport so give yourself plenty time. The bus driver was very rude on arrival back in the uk and was going to leave the airport with no passengers on board . We had to say where were going when we parked so presumed they would wait gor the flight coming in !!!”

I'm sorry to hear that you had issues with your ticket upon exit. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“For a first user we found if satisfactory because staf were very helpful and extremely pleasant and everything were very clear and easy to understand”
“We arrived at the parking and could not find a space , we had to ride around for fifteen minutes and aventually managed to spot a customer coming out of a space which we quickly took. The entrance and departure was great, just the lack of parking that was disappointing. Not too far from the airport as well.”
