“Ticket that was supplied on entry did not work when we tried to exit the car park at around 0115 in the morning. Not ideal after a long flight. This also held up the line of cars behind us. Your exit machine could not read the card. Thankfully the operator opened the gate for us.”

“Very easy to find, just follow the red signs for plane parking, parked up and went to one of the bus shelters. Waited about 10 mins for the bus and only a couple of minutes to the airport. On the way back the bus was already at the bus stop and we collected our car. At the barrier the machine couldn't read our card so we pressed the intercom button and was answered straight away, we were asked for our registration number the the barrier was opened for us.”
