“My comment is not do with plane parking which was fine they need to fix they roads outside it they are a disgrace people who found it fine will be put off in the future because the state of roads are a disgrace may damage your car”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“It has only 2 bus stops in the parking site which could mean quite a walk to your car especially if you have luggage and it is raining. As far as I am aware the bus is only every 12 minutes. There was plenty of spaces available when we were there in May. Would have preferred the registration recognition on leaving instead of using the ticket machine. Not sure how you would deal with the problem if you lost your ticket.”

We were just after 3 so would that be the reason or do you still have to validate the prepaid ticket at the machine”
“Easy to find, bus stops easly located bus arrived within minutes both ways drivers courteous, small problem exit swallowed my ticket & barrier did not raise for some reason, call button used, car identified, barrier raised on way home , will certenly use again”
“Everything was fine until it came to departing car park the machine at the barrier kept rejecting the ticket
it took 6 attempts before the machine would accept the ticket and raise the barrier, not ideal.”
