“Had to wait ages on the bus after parking the car to take us to the airport & to collect us when we landed . The driver from the airport was quite rude he didn’t offer to help anyone with luggage. The driver to the airport was very nice & lifted everyone’s case on for them .”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“Initially I had problems finding car park as sat nav took us out with area. We went to two different car parks only to be told we were elsewhere!!!
When we arrived about 2.30am the lady could not have been more helpful. Went through the checking in process with us , explained what we do on our return. We arrived back on Sunday 2nd June at 3pm , picked up keys , note on key letting us know exactly where our car was .
All in all a fantastic 5star service !! Will definitely be using again in August this year.
Only suggestion I can make, is that you could be doing with a larger sign on entrance to car park, as we ended up in the drop off section and have to pay £5.00 for passing through. Our mistake I know , but the small sign is very easy to miss”
“The connecting bus service was good and the parking cost was very competitive. The one down side was the fact that, despite me pre-paying for my week's parking, the machine at the exit said I owed £180! The person I spoke to on the intercom sorted it out for me fairly promptly.”
“After booking our parking online, we got back to get our car at exactly 02:45 in the morning and were charged £180 for the 8days parking we had already paid. We were booked up until 0400 that morning. We are still waiting a response on our refund.”

If you are aware that you are going to overstay your booking outside of the grace period of 6 hours then we do recommend that you make a new booking for the additional time that you require otherwise, you will be subject to an overstay charge which is charged at the non-booked roll-up rate.

“Perfect from start. Very reasonably priced. Bus there within 5 minutes to take us to the airport even though it was4.30 in the morning. Was sitting at the bus stop on our return and we were helped with our cases onto the rack by a very nice man. Won’t go by them for future holidays”
“First time use of this facility so little nervous but needn’t have worried. Instructions are clear and staff very supportive giving clear instructions where to park, where to walk, how to book in and leave keys and most importantly why the receipt is so critical for the return Only one issue - adjacent car on return was so close that couldn’t get in driver’s side and had to climb over from passenger seat - not ideal for seventy odd year old with torn knee ligaments! (briefing note for next staff meeting!)”
