“This is the second time I have booked with plane parking when flying out of Edinburgh Airport. Easy booking process that has been seamless from arrival to departure of the car park. The car park is easy to locate and the bus pick up and drop off service is excellent. I also find that the price point is very good value for money and I feel that my car is left in a safe location.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Easy to find the carpark and the buses run regularly between the carpark and the airport. Second time we've used Planeparking and will use again. Only minus was on exit barrier refused ticket and advised we needed to pay £180 for over stay which was incorrect. We contacted the attendant via the intecom and the issue was sorted very quickly. Apparently it was a fault with the camera not picking up our car reg.”

If you have booked refundable parking this can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your booking is due to start. As advised within the terms and conditions, if you cancel less than 24 hours before your booking starts you are unable to receive a refund.
