It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

Booked with plane parking As you know
When it was advertised, it was four minutes walk to the terminal building in Edinburgh
As it was about 3 o’clock in the morning, signage was difficult to Follow, I tried to get in the car park, but it wouldn’t let me, so I thought it was the wrong one. ended up I think at the car park, which was about a male or beer from the terminal, don’t get me wrong. The bus driver was amazing and waited on me while I park my car after a long delays I got the car park barrier and said I was due £80, I pressed the telephone button, took ages to answer, then the guy was quite rude and abrupt saying I was in the wrong car park, which I had no idea what he was talking About
In the end, It sort of worked out okay but I’m a bit reluctant to book with plane parking again, it wasn’t a great experience
I’m just being honest here
I’m really disappointed at paying £36

Bus pick up quick on departure, returned early hours of morning and waited less than 10 minutes for return pick up. Would use service again. However on return bus stop was strewn with litter as bin had not been emptied”

“Parking process was straightforward and pick up by bus to terminal went well.On return we waited 15 minutes until bus arrived.Unfortunately after picking up car we hit a hidden pot hole ( raining!) on Eastfield Avenue close to car park ,which cost £60 to replace tyre on way home.Over all the system worked fine .”
