“This is the 4th time of using this car park and have never had a problem.
We arrived back from menorca yesterday and we were fine with our car. but it would not let my sons car out and was asking for £180. As I had made both bookings I knew he owed nothing. After pressing and speaking to an agent all was sorted and we left.
Planning on using this car park again in September”
“Hi, first time using the valet parking option and was impressed tbh, easy drop off with car, we were assisted at key drop off on how procedure works which proved very helpful, receipt had returning bar code to release key on return, easily found and easy exit, would definately recommend and will use again 👌”
“The post code does not exist I spent 45 mn trying to find the place. Ironically it was not the right one.
Staff did not tell me. They could not find my booking until after a while. They also informed me I do not need ticket and this will not be a problem on my arrival it actually was. The staff was not helpful not keen to listen and tried to keep me waiting on the barrier for as long as possible telling the computer is taking its time to open the barrier. He actually got off the call. This was after a very long trip back with no much sleep. . I will never book with plane car parking again.”
