“No problems whatsoever.
Clear instructions, clear directions and plenty of spaces. Pick up was also prompt. We were back to our car within 20 minutes of leaving the airport.
Would highly recommend and would certainly use again.
Thank you.”
“Used Edinburgh car park for a short trip away. Easy instructions to follow for arrival. However when we came to leave after putting the ticket in the machine a charge if Β£140 came upβ¦ our hearts sank and I thought Iβd parked in the wrong place. It was quickly sorted by calling the assistant button and the very friendly guy on the other end found my reg and booking and let us through. This was at 8.30pm so we were probably lucky someone answered, it makes you wonder how many people pay. As I had a two and a half hour drive ahead of me I was ready to do just that so I could get home.”
“Easy to book. I forgot where I parked my car and spent 40 mins looking for it. As a thought you could put squares around each lane, single line or even dotted as an additional guide. Ticket machine was not working but response was quick and got out safely. Will put a flag on it next time or take a pic of the lamp post signs. DOOOHH. Many thanks. Route might be easier for some if flagged on 3m poles every 10-20m until you hit the staff entrance”
“Got charged again on exit despite of prepaid parking. Getting hold of customer services is very difficult and still due a refund of over Β£100. Issues do happen however I should be able to talk to an actual human to complain and get a solution. It was our first time but probably will be the last one as well.”
“Only issue was when taking ticket from auto barrier.
Ticket was ejected and blew away with the wind but was retrieved quickly.
Otherwise fine, good price and directions and signposting to park were easy to follow.
Good low price choice.”
“The parking itself was easy to find following instructions given. We arrived at 3.15am bus was sitting at bus stop. When I approached the bus the driver did not look up from his phone or acknowledge that we were there until I got on and said good morning. The journey itself was 5 mins to the airport. I would use again but thought actual customer service let the company down.”
“Easy to book; not so easy to amend booking but sorted out by Zoe at Customer Support. Easy to find with directions given. Barrier went up as approached car park and ticket issued. Couldn't see booking no. or car registration on ticket as stated it would but didn't seem to matter anyway. Bus pulled up behind us immediately as we parked and took us to terminal building. On return bus was already in allocated place and we were taken back to car park. Inserted card in machine to exit car park - spat back out with such force it landed on ground. Not too obvious which way round to insert especially at 230am. Passenger out of vehicle to retrieve ticket which was now wet. Ticket successfully inserted to machine on 2nd attempt. Advised to press for support. After brief conversation barrier lifted and we left.”
“Driving up to the barrier no card came out. Pressed intercom button and was told I had no reservation, but after reading out the reservation number the card finally came.”
“When trying to depart from park i was asked to pay Β£120 after sum discussions i eventually exited the park reason for low mark dissappointed D Oliver”
“Flawless. I have tried all the options at Edinburgh Airport over the years and by far this was the smoothest system. Well done, please keep the price reasonable.”
“Cost efficient, plenty of parking on arrival, short distance from the airport, regular bus (think we were waiting max 10 mins), independent bus stop at the airport so you know where it is and, it was close to the terminal. I'd use it again.”
“Canβt complain about the actual parking but the registration number was not recognised by the registration recognition camera therefore had to call assistance to get in and then on leaving when I entered my card got the shocking onscreen message saying I had a Β£270 balance outstanding! Called assistance again who looked up the registration then opened the barrier. No explanation - no apology! Therefore I would suggest the system needs some alterations!”
