“Cost efficient, plenty of parking on arrival, short distance from the airport, regular bus (think we were waiting max 10 mins), independent bus stop at the airport so you know where it is and, it was close to the terminal. I'd use it again.”
“Can’t complain about the actual parking but the registration number was not recognised by the registration recognition camera therefore had to call assistance to get in and then on leaving when I entered my card got the shocking onscreen message saying I had a £270 balance outstanding! Called assistance again who looked up the registration then opened the barrier. No explanation - no apology! Therefore I would suggest the system needs some alterations!”
“usual problem leaving machine swaload my entry card and asked me for £176 which was rubish as i had prepaid had to go to barier and ask to be let out as i was out of my car i had to jump back in as the barier came down very quickly better clearer instructions required”
“Easy to park. Plenty spaces. 2 buses sitting there ready to take us to the airport and bus waiting at airport on return. Very quick. Only mistake WE made was automatically walking towards other bus stops on return to Airport so take note that Plane Parking bus stop at the terminal is accessed through the taxi ramp walkway. Its very clearly signposted we just didn't think!

“As I parked my car at 2 am , in the dark I’d no idea where I was dropped off at airport and on my return took me a lot of walking and asking where to go for pick up.Edinburgh airport has changed such a lot since I was there. Info on ticket would help. Otherwise all good.”
“No problems until exiting the car park. I had prepaid for parking.However, when I inserted ticket to leave the car park the display showed I owed over £175. 00. I had to press the button and request assistance before the barrier was lifted.”
“The only problem had to wait about 20 min on the bus as when we arrived at the bus stop the bus just left must off see us coming to the stop so was not happy with that . After travelling all day”

“Straight forward and hassle free. Only issue was that I made an error in booking in time by a few hours. I realised my mistake and sent a message to ask if the time could be brought forward by 4 hours. I received a message back saying that only way was to cancel and rebook. This cost me £10 more than original booking which was annoying.”
