“Once again I was met with a charge of £350 pounds for my week long stay on exit.
My plate 848GLP does not seem to be recognised. Last thing you want when you just want to get home and have paid the appropriate amount”
“So easy to use prepaid parking, take ticket at barrier and follow the directions to multi storey parking. Then cross to terminal.
However, don't have a heart attack when leaving if at machine on exit the screen says you are due to pay a huge amount of money! Press button and a very polite gent clears it.”
“Car was parked across from Edinburgh Airport terminal in section H just a short walk which was great , the only problem we had was when we got to the exit barrier on leaving it asked us for £235 ?? We had to press help button but was resolved”
“When booking the parking we didn't realise it had moved so far away from where it originally was. It used to be at the back of the long stay car parking. However the shuttle bus was there just as we arrived and we got to the airport quickly. On the way back, we had been sent an email to say that there was no shuttle bus and we were to go to the office in the multi storey. We got there at around 8.30 pm and didn't get picked up until 9.10 pm. The vehicle we were transported in was the airport Fire service which was okay but a very high step. The driver was very polite and helpful though and waited until we got through the barrier, as it charged us £176! He sorted it out for us though. Just a very stressful experience after having a lovely holiday, so don't think I'll be booking again unfortunately.”
“Was worried when we tried to exit car park and the screen displayed that we were due £270 !!! We were upgraded from plane parking to terminal parking . Thankfully someone answered ! We are going to krakow in January and it might put us off using it again !!!!”
“We received an update to terminal parking which was great. However when we were leaving we were advised we were due £355. This was sorted after contacting control. Appears to be a breakdown in communication”
“As wee where upgraded to terminal parking it was a hassle getting out of the park the machine poorly lit making it hard to find the assistance button making the experience stressful when other cars behind you waiting”

Problem getting out car park ,getting billed for 365 quid was a shock.

I entered on rong gate I think because when I exit the parking lot I paid £220 it was very late and very dark I think I supposed to go on the second entry I don't know way is not the same system, maybe is any possible to have a refund thank you.”
