I am sometimes upgraded and was upgraded to Terminal parking on the last occasion.
I also find them easy to contact if needed.

“Not very easy to find on a pitch black, misty morning. Efficient bus service and reasonable pricing but when we returned to our car the route to the exit could have been clearer. Also our registration was not recognised and we had to call for assistance to raise the barrier and cancel a charge of over £170. In future would rather use a manned carpark.”
“Great discovery and will definitely use you again but the access arrangement a little confusing. I waited at the gate a bit and then thought I was supposed to press the button so did. Once parked I saw the ticket said pay on exit so in a bit of a panic thought I should exit and try again which cost me £30. On trying again same thing happened but that time I pressed the buzzer to speak to someone. Ticket again said pay on exit but was more comfortable that time I had done everything I could.”
“Fastest pick up ive ever had on leaving terminal building, dropped off directly at our car. Only complaint was on exiting it wanted to charge us although pre-paid. Pressed button on console and quickly dealt with.”

Except for once my car was left in the pickup area the person who was parked on my driver's side obviously had no respect for other people's vehicle's. I have a nice dint in my door, the powder of the vehicle was still on my door.
I would love to have given 5 stars but the parking bays are too small for modern average vehicles. People need to open their doors without contacting other vehicles.”

“The parking is very handy for the airport, with a frequent transfer bus taking you to and from the airport.
I booked and paid for the parking online and was told my car registration would be recognised upon entering the parking, the barrier being raised to allow my entry. However, this was not the case and I was obliged to take a ticket at the entry barrier. Upon return from our holiday, we used the ticket to exit the parking at which point I was asked to pay for the time my car had been parked (£176 for 1 week). I pressed the call button and spoke to an operator who confirmed my car registration number and my payment online. He then raised the exit barrier allowing me to exit the parking.
This could have been confusing and worrying for a foreign visitor or perhaps an elderly person who did not know what to do to query the situation.
This problem really needs fixing!”
“Cheap and cheerful secure parking. Bit of a walk from drop off pint and only small buses when busy.
Biggest problem is the car park never lets you out without the hassle of calling and waiting!”
