Good price. Wasn't sure about exiting carpark. Instructions saying you just enter your ticket at the exit barrier would be good.

Needs better sat nav post code. I went via the drop off area!! Ticket didn't work at exit but barrier was lifted promptly when I called the office with my car number plate.

Love it, drop off is right next to the entrance and when you get back your vehicle is right there, drop off was 2 minutes and pick up was 2 minutes

I booked and paid for the week stay at the car park online. While exiting the car park I got the information I had to pay £190 😱 I had to contact someone to let me out. Generally not impressed.

Thank you for your review.. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Brilliant, we were a day late coming back from Las Vegas due to British Airways flight being late back meaning we missed our connection home, On picking the car up we had to get assistance from someone to let us out, his help was tremendous could not fault him

A bit of confusion regarding the difference between plane parking and long stay. We ended up going to far and had to be directed back to the long stay car park. Why have two names for one car park ?

Very good location to the airport of where we got to park as re-assigned to long stay parking from plane parking site. Asked for clarification via facebook as email confirmation did not allow a reply to it and still waiting for a reply. As car initially booked in had broken down we changed the vehicle on line and took a photo of the change as didn't feel confident, especially as they don't send you a confirmation. When we left to go to the exit gate, we were faced with a bill of £350! Luckily we pressed the customer service number and spoke to a very helpful man who resolved it, and explained that when we changed the car it probably hadn't updated from Head Office to the Car Park. If they would just improve their confirmation system and communications, if I was ever brave enough to use them again, they would qualify for five stars, sadly on this occasion only worthy of one. Being faced with a bill like that causes a huge amount of stress!!

The process from booking the parking to collection of my car was very simple. The service representatives that met me on arrival were very helpful and explained the process in detail Finding my car and exiting the parking was easy enough. Well worth the money.

Directions to walk to airport could be displayed a bit more at far end of long stay ie around F3 section. Otherwise easy park and low cost

We missed your signage at Edinburgh airport so had to pay and go round the loop again, but other than that the location, parking, key drop and pick up were perfect thanks. Great system.
