“Plane Parking website is very easy to use, prices are very competitive. It’s always my first go to when I’m booking parking at Edinburgh airport as it’s only a short walk to the terminal.”
“Car Park was closed and we were sent to the Long Stay. There was no transport to the Terminal and as I have mobility issues and use an elbow crutch, even using a baggage trolley, was not ideal as the trolley had a mind of its own. I was totally exhausted by the time I got from the car to the terminal, so not a great start to the holiday.”

I can see that you booked FastPark, I can confirm that this car park is open and in full operation. FastPark is a 1 minute walk to and from the terminal therefore we do not offer a shuttle bus for this service.

“Worked well although at 5.00 in the morning we were a bit unclear that we were to use the Long Stay. Leaving was simplicity itself.
Excellent value. My wife is going to Newcastle in two days' time and cost for a week will be twice what we paid for our 12 days stay for the car with you”
“The whole process was excellent, quick, fuss free and easy. We were met as we drove in and shown where to park and walk to leave our key. Inside the building the vehicle notification machine was easy to use and an operative showed us how to attach their key fob and where to drop our key. We had a very short walk to the terminal building.
When we arrived back from holiday the automated key pick up and where our car was parked worked perfectly and we were driving away from the airport within 5 mins of leaving the airport terminal. We would definitely use this service again, thank you.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“This is super easy to use, right next to the departure terminal entrance accessed via a covered walkway.
Staff on hand to provide assistance and remind you that only the car key to be left.
Return is just as easy and efficient, getting the passport fast track pass I would recommend, on my return from USA sat near the back on the plane hand luggage only. Within 30 minutes of landing I was in my car and driving on the ring road back home. No one ahead of me in passport fast track but big queue for everyone else.”

Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them.
The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations.

“Very easy to find, entry and exit was hassle free.
Only downside was the walk to the terminal. No signposts to the exit gate, it was just luck that we parked near it.”
