“First time using this carpark. We had pre booked and paid. We noted when we got our ticket at the barrier that our Reg number was not printed on it. This was the same for others waiting at bus stop so not unduly worried. Found a space easily. Bus was prompt and we had a short trip to terminal. Driver was very friendly.
Arrival home was in early hours and bus was waiting for us again driver very friendly . On way back another driver spoke to our driver at the barrier saying he had pre paid but was asked to pay a further fee on exit. Driver informed him to press assistance button at barrier.
Having heard this I was not surprised when we reached the barrier to see a message saying we were due to pay £180.
We pressed for assistance. After giving our reg number and name the barrier was lifted.
I would use this car park again because of the prices but the ANPR requires some upgrade.”

“The number recognition did not work for our car, there was a car behind us so we felt pressured to take the ticket and go in. We then left the car park paying a small fee to then drive back up to the barrier and press the call button for help, this fixed the issue. We did not wait long for the bus and it’s a 5 min drive to airport. Returning the bus came after around 20 mins waiting. Happy with the service, driving going to the airport was a wee bit grumpy but the returning driver was very friendly.”
“When booking plane parking it was the best quote for parking your car for 10 days flying from Edinburgh. When we arrived back in Edinburgh following our holiday we got off at the correct bus stop and found our car. There was no issues, there was no damage to the car, it was just as we left it. Hassle free transfer from the airport to the parking bus stop. I would use this parking area again.”
“The only thing wrong was we didn't get a ticket on entering the car park which meant we had no ticket to exit but someone answered the intercom, gave my details and the barrier was lifted, everything else fine and by far the cheapest.”

“Excellent facility and delighted with the security! Ticket system for exit was always a concern as we were traveling to Africa so the ticket was guarded like a passport!
Exit was plain and simple, unfortunately the RHS etc in Edinburgh made traffic a challenge as we were enroute to a funeral at 2.00 pm in Aberdeen but all worked out well, thanks also to the bus staff very helpful!”
