“Have used before easy to navigate parked at the long stay parking as most of you will no there use to be a shuttle bus but no more please get the shuttle bus back in operation.when we arrived short in cars park spaces .”
Thank you for your review. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them.
The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations.

“I accidentally booked the wrong day for travelling back and realised before I went. There was no way to contact anyone to discuss and nobody in the car park when I arrived. The telephone didn't work and no email address. I won't be using again!”

“Used this parking for a few years now and thought it was excellent value and the sooner you book the better deal you get, that being said I have just booked for next year and it’s nearly doubled in price ? Greed starts to take over as usual 😭”
“Booked and paid online. Barrier didn't lift on arrival 0230hrs. Advised yo take ticket and park. Returned from holiday. Put ticket in machine.... barrier again wouldn't lift.... display read that I hadn't paid and required £180 to release the barrier. I had to get home 70 miles to collect my cat from cat Hotel.... paid the £180. Tried to contact plane parking using email and a phone number I eventually found online.... phone wouldn't connect! Contacted Edinburgh Airport direct via email who sorted this for me within a few hours. Reimbursed next day if the £180. Absolute disgrace...”

“Have used Plane Parking a good few times now. It always works well as far as getting in, finding a space and transport to and from the airport. The auto number plate reader is not always working, so take a copy of your booking receipt just in case.”
“The spaces in the car park are too narrow and subsequently when I was away my car was damaged. Luckily the person responsible left their details and it is getting repaired through a bodyahop. The transfer process was simple and the driver friendly.”
Thank you for your review. The spaces within all of our car parks are all the standard size which are common across UK car parks at 2.4 metres by 4.8 metres. I am sorry to hear your vehicle was damaged but I am glad you are getting this sorted.

“No problems, got a space right away the bus came to transfer us to the airport, on return only had to wait 5mins for the bus even though it was 2 in the morning. Would use again.”
