“Easy to book, cheap and easy to access. The only niggle I had was the bus back to the car park. There was no sign on the bus to say it was the transport for the “Plane Parking” car park, we had no idea what car park it was going to and at 02:30 in the morning after a long flight this led to some unwanted confusion which could have been easily avoided.
The driver however clarified his destination for us”
“Using this service for 3rd time. This time couldn’t exit at the barrier as camera didn’t read cars number plate. Had to call and explain which car park I booked and which flight I came back with. Disappointed.”
“I am 77 years old and was making a journey to join family on holiday. I require assistance because of reduced mobility. I tried to book long stay at Edinburgh. Once I parked my car and contacted assistance I was told that there was no bus service to the terminal. No suggestion was made as to how to get round this issue but eventually a chair was sent.
On my return journey I was charged £190 to exit. It has transpired that I had parked in the wrong area.
I feel that the information available prior to booking was inadequate.”

“x 4 stars only. Reason - the information re pressing buzzer to exit on return was printed on x 4th page. My personal opinion is that this should be under heading EXITING ON RETURN - EXPLAINING ONE HAS TO 'PRESSER BUZZER....ETC'. This heading should be under 'Exiting FastPark.
Otherwise was delighted with service.”
