“Found Plane Parking very easy to use and would use again. Only slight issues were ANPR did no let me in and had to get standard parking ticket, but no problem exiting, just used the call button at exit gate. I would suggest better signage on return bus stop and on buses.

We are aware that customers are leaving their vehicles out with the designated parking bays and we are working with the relevant teams to monitor this. Its disappointing to see that some customers are causing obstructions for other customers, if customers are finding it difficult to find a space we will always provide alternative parking option if they ring the barrier.

“Would definitely use the plane parking again. We only waited a few minutes for the bus to take us to airport and it was the same going back too. Our only problem was we couldnt remember were we were dropped off but eventually found it 😂😂”
“Parked car here for 1 week overall experience was great. Only negative was when we went to leave and put card in machine it said there was an outstanding amount of £180 to pay this was easily rectified when I pressed the help button & gave my car details, unsure if this was because our flight was delayed so arrived back to collect car slighty later than expected.”

“Very reasonable price paid for a 4 day stay and great that a grace period is included for those who have delayed flights (like me!). The car park is well signposted so easy to find and the midstay carpark is literally a 5 min walk from the terminal so a perfect location.”

“Bit difficult to find,but we had to contend with the Highland show traffic around the airport so you needed eyes everywhere. Could do with some disabled parking bays nearer the pedestrian exit into the airport, my wife walks with a stick and it was a long walk with suitcases.
Some cars parked not in bays blocking the roads.”
