“I’ve always used Plane Parking when flying from Edinburgh, but the parking area is now much further out , right on the airport perimeter, although still served by regular shuttle buses.
I would only use it again if flying during daylight hours. The parking area feels too isolated to use in darkness.
I was disappointed to discover that the cost of 4 days parking in June that I paid was only £10 less than a family member paid to park in the multi storey. Will check price more carefully in future!”

“We arrived back at Edinburgh airport. There was a huge queue in the rain for the shuttle bus which didnt arrive for 25 minutes. My understanding was that Plane Parking knew all the flight numbers and should know if there are lots of people waiting. This experience makes it unlikely I would use this service again.”
Thank you for your review. Our shuttle bus does usually run every 12 minutes 24 hours per day however delays can occur if there are issues during it's journey between the car park and bus stop.

“easy to book no issues on arrival ..10mins car was parked up and i was in airport .....arrived home 1am flight no issues bus waiting to take me back to car within ten mins i was on my final journey home very good service all round ..will definately use again ....”

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“As simple as it states, drive up, take ticket, find a space and park car. Walk to pick up point and get dropped off at terminal. On return, the bus was sitting waiting on us. Cannot fault at all and will use again.”
