Our pricing is dynamic and continually changes based on many different factors such as demand, occupancy and lead time making it possible for the pricing to change from booking to booking however, we offer competitive pricing against other providers.

“Used this service a few times n not been disappointed till we picked our car up n went to the exit with ticket we had and it charged us 6 pounds ..Was stressed out and annoyed the fact we paid £126 for the service then charged the 6 pounds for exit which we didn’t know about what a nightmare that late time 1am .. Usaul this service is great and first class .”

“The easiest car parking I’ve ever done. Really easy walk to the terminal which was right beside the fast park lane. Staff were really helpful no matter what time of day. Would definitely use again and thoroughly recommend it.”
“It is a short distance from the main terminal but a bus run about every 10 mins and the drivers are very welcoming and helpful the park has two fences around it and seam secure.”

The ANPR system always fails to recognise my plate at exit. This results in a demand for payment on the screen (£150 this time) and the customer service person on the call button is always very abrupt when I ask to be let out.
The purchase experience encourages me to buy fast track security but it is included within the price. I now realise this and you have refunded me. This needs to be clearly stated at purchase.

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Absolutely amazing , right in front of the terminal . Welcomed by friendly staff with a very quick and sufficient service. Would highly recommend. Give 5 stars as you don’t get any better than this. On the journey from airport to collect car I would recommend more sign posts as I got lost twice on way back due to this .”
