“I highly recommend fast park, I normally use a taxi however this service is much more cheaper but mainly so easy to take and park your car at the airport. Fast park is located just minutes away from airport entry. You just scan your code check if it matches your vehicle registration then drop off your keys. Returning home again so easy to use, scan your code it will tell you where your car is parked and then open the box and your car key will be there for you. There is a member of staff available if you re quire assistance. Will definitely use fast park in the future.”
“1st time in I never noticed the proper entrance , early morning and dark .drove through the short stay to get back around. Oops .bigger sign for idiots like me . The parking is perfectly placed for the airport with a short walk. Lifts for 1st floor and above. No hassle parking as there is many levels and loads of spaces. For me out and back in one day, cost less than a one way taxi . And the best part no waiting at the taxi or bus ranks. Home in 20-25 minutes. Qiuker than the alternatives. 10 out of 10 all the way..”
“Thoroughly enjoyable experience. Turned up at Edinburgh airport early am. Lovely gentleman explained the photobooth process, directed us to a lane for parking. Key drop was straight forward with another very helpful gentleman on hand to help with the process. Once booked in he took the keys and provided our receipt with scan code.
On our return it was again simple to scan the key receipt which identified the key box where car keys were held and the parking bay our car was in.
Loved the process, cost and delightfully helpful staff. Cannot recommend Plane parking Fast track highly enough. Thank you! Will use again. J&S”
“First time I've used this parking facility. I thought it was excellent a two minute walk from the terminal door. I was a bit apprehensive using it for the first time but I needn't of worried someone was on hand when we arrived and directed us to our parking spot and showed us where to go. Another lady showed us how to deposit our key and told us what to do on our return. When we arrived back again someone was on hand if we needed help. Picked up our keys and our car was twenty meters away. The staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend parking with this company being so close to the airport and affordable.”
“If I could give Zero stars I would. Arrived at the airport early morning, having selected the valet service. The provided map led me to a closed 'Plane Parking' car park, and with no instructions provided, could not find the appropriate car park. No contact details, or any one site meant that I had to park in a different area, and therefore didn't utilise the paid for service.
I would recommend not using this service, unless you can determine how they operate in advance.”

I can see that you booked FastPark and the dirction on your booking confirmation are for FastPark. I can see that you booked through the Plane Parking website, this may be been where the confusion was however I can confirm that it is stated on your booking confirmation that you booked FastPark.
