“Parking was easy to find and park, however when I picked up my ticket, it didn't acknowledge my vehicle. When leaving, I dropped the ticket into the machine to be told I still needed to pay another £170 before I could leave. I managed to speak to someone via the link on the pillar who opened the barrier.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

Roll up, take ticket, barrier opens .. park.
Return: Go to lane, start car, go to barrier, insert ticket, barrier opens & away you go !! 😀😀😀

Only negative was difficulty finding section b in the dark as you can’t see the location of the section until you are in it. Placing signs on each side of the lampposts would easily rectify this.”

The bar on the touch screen took several attempts at ‘pushing’ it before the key locker opened. A normal button would be better?

Thank you for your review. Our Long Stay car park is not marketed as having a shuttle bus to/from the terminal building and this made clear on the website when booking as well as in the confirmation e-mail that you receive after booking.
