“Was easy to book from uk. Had to try and extend my stay by 2 days and tried email all phone numbers and even Facebook but no one bothered to contact me back and phone numbers didn’t work abroad!!”

“Excellent service. Clear instructions to guide you to the parking area. Helpful staff member at the check in machines to help out with depositing the keys & obtaining your return slip. When returning to the car park, again helpful staff member ay the machines who helped out retrieving the key & getting the parking location even directing us to the parking bay. The process was simple & quick a short walk to & from the airport. Will definetely use this service again.”

“The reason ,I gave a four star, because I am confused between plane parking and fast parking.
I have used both. Last I have used the fast parking system, which went very efficient. Even though I found finding the way out a bit difficult.
When I phoned fast park they said I did not have the right code. So I think you have to be clearer in the company you use. The explanation of use was hard to find. I also used plane parking with the bus. Which is also fine, but I prefer the ease of fast parking.”
“I had the fright of my life when leaving - I put my ticket in the barrier & it then asked me for £180.00 saying it was outstanding! I called assistance & they took my number plate then the barrier went up - no apology given or anything said so I assumed it was ok to leave. Not sure if I’ll get a demand through the post now - very unnerving especially after such a long day travelling!”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“Plane parking is an excellent alternative to parking in the expensive airport car park. I parked around 9.30 in the mid stay park which is only a 5 minute walk from departures. I'd pre-paid so my ticket appeared as soon as I approached the barrier and I found a spot easily. The same ticket allowed me out of the carpark when I returned to my vehicle 11 hours later. The process is simple, represents value for money parking and I'll always use it.”
