“parking was straightforward and very easy. worked very well. One snag was due to work being done in the car parking area we had to walk a very long distance due to normal pathway closed to pedestrians. I hope the ratings i gave below will be 5 star soon when the works are finished.”
“I have no idea when the car park was laid out but the spaces are ridiculously small for today's cars. The original Mini was 1.41mtrs wide - the current one is 1.76 mtrs wide - there has also been a huge shift to SUV's which are larger in every dimension. I don't want my car marked because someone is careless when opening their car door. It's a pity that you fall down in this critical aspect because apart from that it is an excellent service if somewhat pricey.”

I can confirm our car parking spaces within our car parks are as standard and are the same as parking spaces within a shopping centres car park or a supermarket.

“Arrival and parking great, however barrier would not let me oout on my return neccesitating a call and wait before it was lifted. ANR on arrival, why not on departure?”

I can see that you booked into the Long Stay car park which is operational however it sounds like you are referring to Plane Parking which closes during the winter season however you were not booked into Plane Parking therefore it sounds like you have tried to enter the wrong car park.

“Great! Really simple to use the process but plenty staff on hand if anyone didn't understand. Also on our return we had a message saying our car wasn't ready for collection, we asked staff and they brought the car directly to us in less than 5 minutes

“Very convenient car park for Edinburgh Airport. Only a couple of minutes walk to the terminal building and a very competitive price. Easy to follow directions for arriving at the multi storey. The only downside is that there there is a distinct lack of disabled parking spaces in this car park.”
